“Smooth rental process for picking up and dropping off. Vehicle was clean and had a full tank at pickup. We had the option to prepay for a full tank of gas so we could drop off empty. Price was reasonable, but we decided to just fill up on our return.”
“If it wasn't for Eden I would give Enterprise a 1. They took my reservation through the main line. When I got there I was told there were no cars. It was a necessity that I had a car due to mine being in the repair shop. Eden came through. She kept her cool and with a room full of unhappy people she was able to problem solve and resolve all issues”
