“We stopped in the day of a bar mitzvah when we realized my son's suit did not fit. Bonnie greeted us warmly and asked how she could help. We thought we might need to be happy with one or two options given how last minute it was. We were astonished at the variety of options and colors. My son left not only with a suit, but really happy with the fit and over all look. We will be back. It was nothing but a phenomenal, happy customer experience!”

The most amazing thing about this store is the staff! It is staffed partially by those with different abilities. I love that it seems like a norodiverse workforce! Way to give opportunities to those that may not get them elsewhere.

“huge kudos to the Old Navy staff at the Warminster PA location. it’s getting harder and harder on brick and mortar storefronts but this staff of all ages, guys and gals Even when busy, keep things moving with a smile that makes the experience extremely enjoyable. “I normally shop online but was at the mall and needed a shirt with the word kind on it and matching shirts for my daughter and her friends. Aria greeted me as soon as I came in with my son, she did not stop till she found us a shirt that was perfect for my son and showed me exactly where to look for the girls shirts as I was in a hurry to get to a play date downstairs. She rang us up found a coupon on my account and made the experience so nice that I had to write a review! She needs a raise an some praise!!”

“Our 1st time shopping in Doylestown and had a wonderful, friendly and very helpful experience from Brenda who made sure we had proper sizes and when not available set us up with FREE delivery to our home in NY. Nice, bright, super clean store with friendly employees. Nancy rang us up and was so kind to offer a 10% discount for shopping. A lovely, unrushed experience which is why we prefer small town shopping. Returned next day to make another purchase and a very cheerful young man was at the register. “Jessica went above and beyond to make sure I found what I needed for my kids and in the correct sizes. She noticed I couldn’t find a certain item and she looked in the back and brought out something similar without me asking. The layout of this store is kind of funky. Tight aisles make it hard to get around especially if you have a stroller like many shopping there do. I get it though, the store is small and they’re maximizing their space. Prices aren’t outrageous but aren’t cheap! They often have sales going on so if you go at the right time you can score some great deals like we did on winter jackets and holiday outfits.
I wish there was a gender neutral aisle though or they put certain items on both sides of the store. I have all boys and my sister has all girls and whenever we come in together she ends up buying pajamas on the boy side because she likes animals and neutral colors and the girls side is mostly pinks flowers and frills. It’s not a huge deal to just check the other side but many wouldn’t think to.”

“I got a medium button down shirt that I had tried on in store when I was wearing sweatpants. When I got home and put jeans on I realized it was ill fitting and I needed a large. When I returned to the store later the size I needed was gone. Or so I thought. Not 1 but 2 associates went looking for the shirt in my size ( actually looking) and one found it misplaced in the women's section because it had an identical floral print as a skirt. They were so helpful both times and made the mess of a parking lot worth the visit.”

“I love shopping at H&M! They carry a really nice selection of casual clothing that works great for both the office and everyday wear. This store can be a bit hit or miss — sometimes it’s super well-stocked, and other times not as much. But my last visit was a win! They had a lot of beautiful pieces in stock. The staff is somewhat friendly, not overly engaging but helpful when needed. Overall, a solid spot for trendy, affordable fashion.”
