I’ve been coming to the Jos. A. Bank store in Warrington for years, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best retail experiences anywhere. The manager, Jim, sets the tone — professional, attentive, and genuinely respectful. Whether I walk in dressed casually or coming straight from work, I’m always treated with the same warmth and attention.
I only buy my custom shirts and suits from this location because they consistently deliver quality, precision, and great service. Jim and his team take the time to get every detail right, making the entire process easy and enjoyable. This is what customer care and craftsmanship should look like.

“Terri helped me while I was there to pick up a shirt for an engagement party. (I ended up with a shirt pants and a compression shirt) She was so kind and helpful, the store had a great selection she didn’t oversell the items in store which was great cause that can usually be very overwhelming . I ended up do the true fit scan and Terri explained how everything worked I can’t wait to come back and find more pieces for my closet!!”

“I visited the Boot N Shoot boutique shop this past weekend with my husband to find a supportive, comfortable pair of boots.
I have a connective tissue disease, that causes some mobility issues, and weak and painful feet and ankles. Shoe shopping is not something I enjoy due to this. The owner Mariana was such a breath of fresh air!
Shopping at her boutique felt like shopping with a good girlfriend! She was SO welcoming, warm, and helpful. She was just lovely!
She spent so much time with me, listened to my concerns, and successfully helped me find the perfect pair.
The boots I selected are both cute and comfortable! (so supportive I was able to walk around for hours that evening at Peddlers a village without any discomfort!)

“Had the best experience yesterday with Susannah! She went above and beyond to help my sister find new bras that made her feel comfortable and confident. She had great knowledge about the products in store and brought out so many different styles and sizes for my sister to try on so that she could find the best one. Did not catch the manager on duty’s name unfortunately, but shoutout to her as well for going out of her way to check drawers and the back for a pair of shorts I was interested in and then reminded me that I can get free shipping by ordering in store! Kohls used to be a more reliable place to go for clothes but it isnt as much of a home run any more. Still, when a good coupon comes along we still check them out. The Doylestown location has two of the best ladies working at their customer service desk. So upbeat, patient, and knowledgeable!”
“huge kudos to the Old Navy staff at the Warminster PA location. it’s getting harder and harder on brick and mortar storefronts but this staff of all ages, guys and gals Even when busy, keep things moving with a smile that makes the experience extremely enjoyable. I highly recommend this store today. I had the pleasure of working with Bjorni, he was so polite and friendly, and for someone of a young age kudos to his parents or whoever raised him because they did one heck of a job”

Nice, bright, super clean store with friendly employees. Nancy rang us up and was so kind to offer a 10% discount for shopping. A lovely, unrushed experience which is why we prefer small town shopping. Returned next day to make another purchase and a very cheerful young man was at the register. “Good afternoon Google Family. This is my very first time visiting the regular Foot Locker, which is on the 3rd floor level in the Willow Grove Park Mall. I say that because they also have a Kids Foot Locker on the first floor of the mall. I patronized this mall in the past. It must be about thirty years since I have been here. Devon D. was the sales associate who assisted me today. Devon was so nice, courteous and helpful. He was there when I asked about ladies' sneakers. I was looking at the ladies' sneakers but I didn't see any that grabbed my attention. Devon suggested that I try the men's sneakers. I said Great idea. In my opinion, men's sneakers are better than ladies' sneakers and I have purchased men's sneakers before. I have always liked men's sneakers better than ladies' sneakers. So when I looked at the men's sneakers, I found a few that I liked. I was looking at the prices, all name brand and all of them were expensive. I did not want to spend more money than I had to. I knew whatever pair I decided would last a long time, since I am a workout person and I need workout shoes that are sturdy and comfortable. I decided on a pair. They were $109.99. Devon went in the back and retrieved them. Thank goodness they had my size, a 9.5. I tried them on and they fit wonderfully. I decided to purchase them. Destiny H. was the cashier and I signed up for rewards. I paid by debit card and it was approved. I received my receipt and my sneakers and I left. I told Devon D. that I would give him a good review on Google. He was very pleased about that. Have a good night Google Family, workout, be healthy, fit and Fabulous!!! I enjoyed my visit here. I really like the improvements that they have made in the Willow Grove Park Mall. I gave Devon my business card and he said he would follow me on my social media posts.”

“Visited the Warrington shop today! Marianne made the experience well worth it. At times, I have felt uncomfy in this store, they follow you around a bit and that stifles my ability to be creative and curate great fits. It started out that way until I redirected my source of help to Marianne!
Today I took another chance at this shop and....
The inventory was great, inclusive sizing was a plus (pun intended) AND although the manager seemed to worry me a bit overwhelming me with her overbearing presence and small talk as she observed my shopping experience, I was relieved to find help in Marianne's support.
I appreciated her warm smile, her professional dress, and laid back attitude when helping me in the fitting room. today, I was purposeful in buying the merch BECAUSE of HER, in the past I have departed THIS store after identifying a style and fit, and chose to patronize another BR. Marianne is a welcoming and much needed addition to this store. She EVEN steamed and garmented my dress- reminding me of the nostalgia of the olden days of BR- elite, precise, tailored and distinguished! Thanks for restoring the culture of customer care and being a great personal stylist for me today Marianne!!! You rock and roll!! And I am excited to carry this energy into my new pieces-- feeling and looking GOOD!”
