Sales were not good for an outlet. Online and regular mall stores had better sales that are not honored at the outlet.

Love Carter's for my kids clothes. But I was buying a few shirts that were under the$5 sign and wouldn't you know the ones I picked up wasn't included in the sale. That is my only complaint.
