“I came for a little mini road trip on Monday to see Avril Lavigne tomorrow all the way from upstate New York! I have had the best experience here, the location was perfect so many stores and gas stations were close by which I love, the service was phenomenal and the receptionist was so genuine and nice. The place all in all were very welcoming, the rooms were to my liking . I got the suite it has been absolutely beautiful, very comforting and relaxing. The cleaning was perfect, everything you would ever need for a kitchen was included. Out of all of the hotels I stayed in this has to be the top one, I even work in a hotel as a housekeeper back at home at a casino and these rooms top that. The furniture here isn’t rusted or anything. Whenever I come back again this will be my go too!! I have been a very happy camper and very pleased, I’m sad to have to leave tomorrow.”

“I stayed here a few weeks ago with my boyfriend and it was great. It's cheap as all get out and you get what you pay for here. I would never recommend a cheap motel for families just passing through because obviously there's some non-family aspects that come with the territory; but if youre low on cash and just need convenience for a night or two this is good. There were NO BUGS. Maybe a couple of gnats but it's summer time so no big deal. As long as it's free of roaches and bed bugs I'm happy.
THE BED: soooo comfy!!
THE STAFF: all pleasant! I won't lie their accents are a little heavy but the owner was so sweet...if that's who he was.
Anyways nobody bothered us the entire day.
LOCATION: It's literally in the same parking lot as Denny's. Marshalls is in walking distance if you're bored and wanna go shopping.
I really don't have any complaints. I actually expected it to suck but I had an amazing day and I would not have been able to have this experience if I couldn't find a cheap hotel that I didn't have to worry about being swallowed up in.”

“I had my wedding at the doubletree in meadowlands, September 7th. We were extremely pleased with the outcome! Abby and Danielle were amazing wedding coordinators, especially Danielle for my big day. She made sure everything went as smooth as possible and anytime I appeared stressed out, she handled it! Our dinner was amazing and all of our guests were more than happy. Some of my guests even requested to-go boxes so they could take what they didn’t finish home! (Myself included). I had a guest whom was vegetarian and she was almost in tears with the incredible dish they put together specifically for her. My only complaint would be the Jefferson room where my fiancé (now husband) and groomsmen went to get ready. They weren’t able to leave the room until it was time for the ceremony and they didn’t have much in there to busy themselves. My husband expressed to me that if the air circulation was better and if they possibly had a TV in the room, it would have been a better experience for the guys. The girls and I were in a large suite with a staircase and were happy with the space we had! Service was excellent the night before our wedding. Anything we needed was brought to our room in a timely manner. Overall we had a very good experience working with doubletree at the meadowlands location!”

“Very nice and quiet location. The rooms are not up to date. You can't expect that for the price of the room.
I had a smoking room, which I found very pleasant.
Room service was only there 3 times in 4 weeks, a bit low in my opinion.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.”

“This location is in middle for people covering SV Temple in Monroeville and New Vrindavan in WV. Property is old, front staff was very pleasant to talk to. Breakfast is basic, on a Sunday they ranout of stuff by 8:30 am, though next morning it was sufficient. Overall Marriott as a brand is loosing its appeal and quality while rates are rising. Overall it’s okay place for a night or two.”

“The overall place is quiet despite being close to the highway. The rooms might be a little old and dusty, but they've got all the necessities, and you only need some ventilation to get rid of the smell. If you are not picky or have a high standard, this might be the best place in the area.”
