“Tracey was very helpful in educating myself and my family on the phone and plan that would be best for my budget and my son. This is his first phone and he helped this veteran get the best discounts and plan help us not spend more but actually save money. We were about to purchase a used phone on Amazon and pay more and he saved us from that mistake. He was not pushy, kind, and I will ask for him any time i need help in the future!!”
