“I have been going to this location for over a year now and jennifer is absolutely amazing! she has got to know me pretty well and is always asking how i am or if i have any questions and how the medicines are working. If i have a problem she is always there to fix it as quickly as she can. If they don't have enough to fill my prescription she calls another location to see if they have it! She is amazing at her job and because of her i will continue to go to this location!”
“Coming from Michigan to new york. Stopped here because of the rain and the amazing people here let me my kids and sister sit inside and eat while waiting out the rain. Amazing people and service. The food was awesome and they were so sweet to My kiddos. Left our umbrella and they saved it on the off chance we came back the next day which we did! So sweet even gave us free chocolate. 10/10 definitely make a pit stop here!”

“Staff is normally friendly and smiley. Always stocked and fresh items available. Alot of different items are available which makes it very convenient in this small town where stores options are very limited. The MTO food has always been great besides the prices of some items can get expensive quick. I would recommend, normally service is fast, so a quick in and out for your needs.”

“Who knew a gas station could be this fancy? I stopped in expecting the usual gas-pumping experience, but was blown away by what I found.
There was a deli counter for fresh sliced deli meats and cheeses available. A dining area with multiple tables to sit and eat or scratch some lotto while playing keno.
There is a beer cave that's like stepping into a frosty wonderland.
The coffee machines are on-demand bean-grinding coffee machines.
The place is clean and has a clean restroom.
The only downside is no toilet seat covers.
If you're fueling up here, make sure to fuel up on the snacks too!”

“It's hard for me not give GetGo 5 stars because it truly is the top of the line in gas stations that make and serve food. I stopped at this Erie location on my way home from Chicago and it certainly hit the spot. This place was empty when we came in and my only real complaint comes with the fact that the gentleman making the food decided to talk with someone visiting instead of working for the first 10 minutes I was waiting which was kind of annoying since I was trying to get on the road. I ordered a chicken sandwich, some chicken fingers (I really like chicken, I wish I didn't type any of this), and an Oreo shake. In total it probably took 20 minutes to get my stuff (which is definitely way longer then usual, mostly due to him standing still for the first 10 minutes) but when it finally came out I was back on my way. The chicken sandwich was pretty top notch and definitely the best I've had from a place like this. The potato chip breaded chicken strips also get a huge thumbs up from me, they were absolutely delicious. The Oreo shake was an Oreo shake and filled my urge for one final sweet treat before returning home where eating right and the gym are waiting for me. Overall, this is a pretty standard GetGo location that will give you plenty of options no matter what you are in the mood for. I definitely recommend stopping here for lunch if you are in a hurry.”

“This was a good place to stop at. The restrooms were really great. The guy at the counter was absolutely awesome. He saw us looking around for drinks and coffee, then offered to get us fresh pot. The coffee was great and the rest of the snack options are great too.”
“Love their full service, l can't stand the smell of gasoline. Wish they would bring back some of their old service's, like washing your front and back windows and check your oil,brake, antifreeze and power steering fluids. Only if they ask you if they need checked, but still wash the windows.”

Easily access gas pumps and safely navigate parking lot. Checkout is VERY FAST.
There are decent sales once in a while, and Apps that can find discounts on food and gasoline (ex. Upside App/GetGo/Giant Eagle Rewards).
Giant Eagle shoppers/members can use the App to receive an even bigger discount! The Savings make dealing with the Apps worth while!
I feel GetGo has VERY GOOD FOOD, but it's expensive. The welcoming sit down dining indoors (and outside) make the expense worth it ALOT of the time, but if you're on-the -go, I recommend checking the Apps for deals before grabbing something quick to eat.
The Staff, and customers make for a pleasant atmosphere.

“Great Experience at Pilot Flying J
I had a really good experience at Pilot Flying J. The manager was very approachable, friendly, and helpful. The Subway area was clean and well-maintained, and the crew members were also very kind, welcoming, and attentive.
The only thing that could be improved is the shower availability. There are only a limited number of showers, so the wait can sometimes be a little long, especially when it’s busy.
Overall, I had a pleasant experience. The staff provide great customer service, and I would definitely recommend this location. Keep up the great work! 👍”

“The people that work here are always super cool and friendly and inviting but there in lies the issues! The store is so awkwardly built that when it gets a little busy then the store is very crowded and you bump into everything. Then the pumps couldn't be aligned any worse especially with how ignorant and selfish people are... you're almost blocked in every time you get gas.”
