“Fantastic!! Today being tax day and one of the busiest post office days, the line was about to go out the door at this post office. When I entered, there was only one young woman behind the counter taking care of the entire line. She was ever so patient and polite and cheerful!!! About fifteen minutes later, another woman came and was able to clear some of the line by just stamping their envelopes with the date. I just want to say how thankful I am for the woman who waited on me and her service!!!”
“The office at Clarks Summit was not scanning my packages when they were leaving their office, which caused packages to lack tracking updates for weeks in some cases, unacceptable. It caused many issues for myself and my customers. I brought it up to them though I’m not sure what was done to fix it, if anything.I now prefer to work with this office instead, they’re always kind, conversational and they SCAN MY PACKAGES when they leave their office.”
“This is a very impressive post office. It is so impressive that even I would be inspired to sit on the steps and paint Scranton from this vantage point on a sketch pad with a pencil. But what do I know? I’m just Tiffany. I’ve only gone to the Louvre Museum in Paris, France multiple times (most recently with my fiancé) and seen art students and scholars all over the city being inspired and living their best lives.
Wait, was I supposed to write “charcoal” instead of pencil because everyone hates writing with the wooden sticks? Grow up.”
“This one I went to, the mail lady's were so dam nice! They knew everyone that came in and didn't rush anyone. The woman that helped me was so kind since I was so confused.

“Good post office. The woman at the desk was just slightly short with me when I asked a question, and completely misunderstood my intent. She turned a corned after the interaction, though. Overall solid service and a well run location.”

“I am a regular customer at the Dalton Post Office. I technically live in La Plume however La Plume does not have a scanner for eBay shipping, which is the only reason I visit any Post Office. The postal clerks in Dalton, Kaci and Brad as well as the Post Master are always friendly and helpful, regardless of how busy they are. I rarely wait even one minute for someone to come to the counter. The mail carriers do a great job of dealing with SO MANY packages. People who criticize them might want to try that job on for size. As a former AMAZON employee, I know of the challenges in the shipping world and it can be a BEAST. I often see these carriers out STILL delivering well into the night time hours which means that the clerk on duty is still working as well.”

“Do you know how there’s a rainbow at the end of a storm? I experienced something like this with this post office. With TONY, The Postmaster. One of my packages I shipped out through Ebay was dropped off there and it got lost Somewhere along the lines. This man Offered to pay out of his own pocket to make up For it which I could not accept, But we did meet in the middle And I’m happy with the outcome. Yeah, it sucked. I got a bad review and My seller rating went down, But it’s better knowing that there are good people out there. Also that some Post Office’s that actually care about the customers. Being honest, I’ve been to many and some of them really don’t.
