“I have been banking with this branch and the one in Montdale for more than 25 years and they’ve always been very good but for the last week James (the manager at the FC branch) has bent over backwards for me and my mom. He’s done more for us than I would have imagined anyone would care to do. We are having difficulty getting a CD transferred from another local branch of FNB and James has really gone to bat for us. His efforts won’t be forgotten. He really cares about the customers! Thanks so much James!”

“Closed again! Second time I went to this branch and they we're closed without notice or heads up. Tellers & associates are great, and I like the bank, but you keep making it inconvenient. An email, text, some type of notification would of helped.You also closed the Dickson City branch permanently.”
