“They seem great. Really nice to see a mature shop with a large selection and techs who know how to work on modern bikes. I’ll just say… why tell someone that you can put on handlebars and a seat post over the phone, then when the customer arrives, you tell them to bring in the rest of the bike piece by piece, only to then say it’s going to take 2 weeks because I took the wheel off and now it’s a “bike assembly.” I would have been happy to put the wheel and seatpost on myself ?. I had just bought the bike, so it was all taken apart. I’m not a moron, I can put a front wheel on guys. So can you. It takes 45 seconds. So I ended up not spending $300 at the store for the “assembly” and new road shoes. I will return because it seems like a nice shop, but please don’t tell me putting on a wheel becomes a “bike assembly.” I travelled 40 minutes only to have to go somewhere else.”
“Whenever I take my bike for a routine maintenance or necessary repair Kamal and team are GREAT. I trust their diagnosis of the issue and recommended repair. Kamal has great patience with each customer, explains the work that needs to be done and the reason why. Usually I can get my bike back the same day, or within 24 hours. For years I have recommended this bike shop for intelligent and very prompt customer service.”
