“Wonderful experience here with Danielle, store manager. She was excellent at explaining every aspect of these sleep systems and even made me tea! We finally chose the split King Active Breeze after laying in it for about an hour. I'll write a detailed review once we've had it for a month or so. Doubt it'll get returned. It's the Mercedes Benz of sleep systems.
Especially if one of you is hot, the other cold. You can't put a price on great sleep!”

“I was at two other stores that sell mattresses before I stopped at Mattress Firm. I had told the other two stores what I was looking for and both of them had advertisements for products that were within my price range. Once I got to the stores they told me that was an online purchase only and I would not be able to try out the bed prior to purchasing it. I left both stores as they were trying to sell me on mattresses out of my price range. I decided to try one more stop. I stopped at Mattress Firm and was greeted right away at the door with not a pushy salesperson but a kind salesperson asking me what I was looking for. I explained what I was looking for the type of mattress I wanted and the price range I was willing to spend. Anthony took me immediately to the area of my price range. Once I was there I saw the bed that I had tried out at one of the other stores. That store had a price tag of $1,200 for the same mattress. Exact same mattress here at Mattress Firm was $499. I was quite happy that it was within my price range and that is the mattress I ended up purchasing immediately. I also was able to purchase an encasement cover since I had saved so much on my purchase. Anthony was a salesperson that told me all about the warranties that were available to me with the purchase of the mattress. I'm so glad that I stopped at Mattress Firm.”

“Couldn't have asked for a better experience. We went into the Newtown Sq. store knowing what we wanted for our guest room. Omar was professional, friendly, and showed us exactly what we wanted without any kind of standard sales pitch or attempt to upsell, which was very much appreciated. Delivery and setup was great, but it turned out we didnt need the box spring with the platform frame that we purchased. Omar called us the next day to advise us that the credit for the box spring was issued and to make sure everything else was OK. Glad we went to Mattress Firm, highly recommend! Ask for Omar!!”

“I was in a very tough situation this past week having to move my mom into an assisted-living. Every time we took one step forward, we took two steps backwards with different communities on Friday evening I needed to purchase a small dinette set for her new living quarters Ray Moore Flanagan was the only store that had what we were looking for the sales person manager that evening, and the Springfield store could not have been more than accommodating. They realize that we needed something quickly and they were very helpful to provide us with the table exactly what we were looking for, and we were able to take it home that night. They were kind enough to dismantle it, and Help loaded into The car at 8:30pm that evening . All 30 minutes before closing.
