“Working with Jimmy at Mattress Mart was a great experience. We went to several places that applied "pressure" sales tactics to get us to commit on the spot to buying an overpriced mattress. Jimmy had the best prices and didn't apply any of the sales tactics we felt in the other stores. As mentioned in other reviews he delivered the mattress within a couple hours of us buying it. Jimmy went out of his way to make sure we could get the mattress we wanted, and I'm glad we were able to do business with him.”
“I discovered Mattress Warehouse of King of Prussia by chance. After a long day of shopping I made a turn into the wrong shopping plaza lot and I thought, I'm awfully tired and I need a mattress for my new bed. I had never heard of Mattress Warehouse, why not give them a try.Gina had me lie on the Bed Match Analyzer. After just a few minutes of resting in my desired sleep position she had a list of beds to show me.I had been to other Mattress Stores in the past couple of weeks but none offered me the personalized care that I received at Mattress Warehouse.I'm very happy with my new mattress. “I love small businesses as opposed to big box stores. The largest differences come by means of personalization. We were met at the door by the owner with a hello & you must be "my first name". I'm "his first name". We talked a bit about what we were looking for & were then introduced to several products. We were given all kinds of options as means to pay should we find what we wanted. We also made new discoveries & discussed the choices. This company is by appointment only & the owner leaves an hour to work with each customer. It's a far cry from watching disgruntled, underpaid sales people in malls stand around doing nothing & knowing about as much. I give this place 5 stars with high recomendations.”

“Originally went to The Dump which is located next door and were so dissatisfied with the prices and lack of customer service that we left and went to M and M! So glad we did because this place is great! The owner is so friendly and professional. Prices blow away The Dump and its more organized and easy to find what you need and want. Lots of styles, colors, fabrics, finishes and sizes of furniture to choose from. You will find what you want here. We got huge 10ft x 10ft sectional sofa & over sized ottoman (plush soft fabric); 3 Queen size BR sets (bed, dresser, mirror and night stand); 2 Queen size mattress and box spring sets and a cool bird cage lamp for less than 6,900 dollars delivered! We got a nice discount for buying so much which was equal to a little more than the cost of delivery so it's like we got delivery free of charge. That's great! I will go back when I need anything else.”
