“I was looking for a coat for my 95+ pound Boxer. He has an auto immune disease so his fur is very thin and he requires a coat from the fall to the spring. This coat is great because it is easy on/easy off. The fleece lining keeps him nice and warm and the nylon exterior keeps the water off him in bad weather. Overall, this jacket was an amazing find and I highly recommend it:-).”

“Francisvale is such an incredible shelter! We were looking at a kitten online and after some very kind phone calls & emails we came into the center to meet him. It is very clear that the animals are extremely well cared for and the staff loves them. In particular, Cristina and Dorothy were so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. We adopted our kitten, and they were so excited to see him go to his forever home. A few days after the adoption I was hoping to get some advice regarding making sure he felt completely comfortable and at home and both Cristina and Dorothy were quick on the phone with me with some incredible advice and ways to ensure he became acclimated quickly. They also followed up a few days later to confirm that things were going well. I have never had an experience so comfortable and kind, and it is so clear that this place is not about just getting animals to a home, but pairing animals to the correct family and lifestyle. I could go on and on, but you just have to go in and experience it for yourself. You will not be disappointed.Just a warning they do not do same day adoptions. Though, any animal lover would know that this is a sign of an extremely reputable shelter, as it gives families the opportunity to consider hard if a pet would fit comfortably into their life. Same day adoptions lead to much higher rates of animals placed back in shelters due to decision making based on emotions.”

“I have been coming to Ardmore grooming station for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Robin is a gem and every groomer in the shop is amazing. I can’t say enough about this place- my tiny pompoo is an old man and they accommodate him as though he were royalty and go at his pace since he can’t stand for long. He used to have such anxiety at our former groomer and when we are walking up to the door his tail is wagging and he knows he will be pampered. When he’s done they call and I know he is good hands untilI get there. He’s ugly but they somehow make him look cute. Magic? Who knows but I’ll take it. I also take my homicidal cat there to get shaved and they do a wonderful job- they do cats at the end of the day so they aren’t stressed from the dogs. Wether I’m dropping off or picking up the dogs that are there are all happy and bouncy and being loved on. I love seeing all the pups with their new do’s and their hair all did. I can’t say enough about this place and about Robin and her staff. The place is also spotless - I don’t know how they do it but it always smells good. I have a golden retriever puppy who is a new client as well, I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else.”

“I have now had two wonderful experiences with Vincent. The first grooming was for a dog that was found on the street, and he was taken to several groomers prior to Vincent, where he was nipping? Biting? I informed Vincent, and he reassured me everything would go smoothly, and it did!!! Eli received a great cut. Zoey was long overdue for a cut and received a beautiful trim, and Vincent plucked all the hair from her ears, really an incredible job. Added pictures Zoey is black, Eli white. I can not say enough great things about Vincent's professionalism and skill. I am so thankful I found him. Thank you Vincent.”

“I am writing this review and giving it 5 stares based solely on Janis who I believe is the manager at this location. Dealing with people can at times be a challenge. Every time I walk in with my dog Lucy she greets us with a huge smile and a warm welcome. She takes the time to acknowledge Lucy with a few pats on her head and a treat. From what I can tell Janis is a very loyal and dedicated employee as I have been in there when an employee did not show up. And yet still with a smile and a warm greeting. She always does her best to make sure she has Lucy's food in stock and helps with any questions I have with new products that I am interested in. We enjoy our weekly visit to Concord Pets to see Janis and pick up Lucy's food and treats!”

“The dogs love to walk around this store and see people and other dogs and sniff the shelves for the best toys and treats. It is odd that at home they snatch every toy or treat but here they know that it is not theirs. The customer service is generally very good. “This is my....excuse me, Milo's favorite place in the world. YES! PETCO! I feel a little scratch on my leg every Saturday morning. Looking down, I always know I'll see my eager little buddy, Milo, my Chihuahua. He knows what day it is and exactly where we should be...Petco. This place is like the dog park for him. He just goes nuts. Once in, he's like a hound dog that has latched onto a sent! They simply provide everything I need. We just browse the online options,click,payand we're on our way!”

“Service is top-notch. I had purchased a large dog crate that I never opened, well past any other stores return policy, but it was never opened. Braxtons returned without a question. As a purchaser of raw/frozen food for my standard, you must be very careful where you buy. If the raw food is not stored properly, your dog can get very sick. My standard has been sick 2x in her life and it was when I purchased raw at another store. Family owed business are the BEST! If prices are higher than other "chains," its worth the extra money for quality and service!”
