“Id give 6 if itd let me, Got all 4 door speakers, the A pillar tweeters, a 5 channel amp and 2 10s put into my 2025 civic sport and its completely changed the way my music sounds. The clarity and volume that it can be played at in comparison to the stock setup is INSANE. The workmanship and professionalism cannot be beat. (He told me where the amp was under the driver seat and even after looking for it it was hard to find) absolutely 0 visible wires/cables. He walked me through every step of the process and explained every small detail so id know what to expect afterwards. The price was also exactly what we agreed upon when I came up to show him the car. Which imo was super reasonable. Overall if you're looking for the best setup for your car Id absolutely take it here. This guy knows his stuff”

“We had an error code on a dryer that is less than one year old. Spicher’s scheduled a service call immediately, and kept us informed of the service person’s progress to our house. The issue was detected, and resolved, within 10 minutes. The dryer is operating, but a new part was ordered to make sure the issue does not come up in the future. Now that’s service!”

“We just had Spicher's Security install a security camera. Todd Summer's did the installation. He is an amazing technician. He made a service call and realized that lightning had hit our camera. He made a trip back to the business and found that they had what we needed in stock. He kindly brought it over and installed the camera, so that we would not miss anything happening in the business driveway. Todd Summers is polite and goes out of his way to be helpful. “Well, after spending a couple of days without cell service and trying to get help over the online customer service, we tried everything to get my phone running again however they said I needed to go into the store here in Hagerstown so I was pretty exhausted and bummed out as anyone would be would not be able to use their phone for a few days blah blah blah right well I called the store. Spoke with a very nice woman named Maria. She said come on and I will help you I think I know what the problem might be so I got my neighbor to give me a ride to the store because I don’t drive got to the store about an hour and a half later and Maria was there. She knew who I was soon as I walked in and I just wanna say that within five minutes I had my phone back that woman knew her business like Betty Crocker in a bakery. I am not kidding you it’s the best customer service I’ve had in a long time I could not say enough about this woman. She was so so good and knew her job and nice and friendly everything so if you want a great experience and you got problems with your Cricket phone head to the Cricket wireless store in Hagerstown Maryland. “Went to this location around 6pm on a Sat. Was warmly greeted by Chelsea F. She help me with purchase of an iPhone16. Was stressed having to change out my much older iPhone 7 that wasn't charging. First off, she actually fixed my charging issue so I can now have a backup now for my wife who has the older iPhone 7 she uses very lightly. Was able to get the recommended charging block, screen saver, hard case that also has belt clip attachment phone holder and better quality/cheaper in price than the OtterBox who now have ridiculously high prices for their stuff.
Chelsea was amazing. Moved all my contacts and apps over and explained everything easily answering ALL the questions I had. Everything basically mirrored my older phone with nothing else had to do. Was out the door in like 35 minutes!! This was one of the most outstanding service experiences I have ever received regarding technology purchases. Was extremely refreshing to say the least!!..”
