“I had the luxury of being the only customer in the store at the moment when I walked in to ask for help in transferring information from my old phone to my new one. Ronald stepped up quickly to help me. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. He started the transfer and while we waited, I picked his brain. And not just about my iPhone. I talked to him about all kinds of issues that were computer related or technical and he had wonderful suggestions and was very helpful. I can’t rave enough about this branch and about him. It was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend these guys.”

He was patient in explaining the process to my 87 year old mom and made sure she didn't lose any of her precious photos. His experience showed in the way he was able to work with her ancient cell phone and get the new one working perfectly. Highly recommend Christian!”

“We've worked with DSL Sound a few times, they've installed new wiring for our sound system, set us up with a new sound board, streaming equipment, and installed monitors for in room viewing. They've been amazing about standing behind their product, troubleshooting with us when we've had trouble well after installation (user error is rough). But what blew us away most recently was when we contacted the company about an unrelated failure of a product we hadn't gotten through them. Ed at DSL walked me through troubleshooting and helped identify the issue before even coming out. He was so fair and helpful, trying not to charge unnecessarily for visits that could be avoided. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and fair! We've never felt like we're being taken advantage of for not being in the industry and they've always worked with us as much as they reasonably can.
If you need this kind of work, I wouldn't go anywhere else!”

“Went to this location around 6pm on a Sat. Was warmly greeted by Chelsea F. She help me with purchase of an iPhone16. Was stressed having to change out my much older iPhone 7 that wasn't charging. First off, she actually fixed my charging issue so I can now have a backup now for my wife who has the older iPhone 7 she uses very lightly. Was able to get the recommended charging block, screen saver, hard case that also has belt clip attachment phone holder and better quality/cheaper in price than the OtterBox who now have ridiculously high prices for their stuff.
Chelsea was amazing. Moved all my contacts and apps over and explained everything easily answering ALL the questions I had. Everything basically mirrored my older phone with nothing else had to do. Was out the door in like 35 minutes!! This was one of the most outstanding service experiences I have ever received regarding technology purchases. Was extremely refreshing to say the least!!..”

They also have some old systems for sale. The prices are very reasonable and the lady working was very nice. I definitely recommend this place.”

YEARS NOW. We used to get 4 phones 100$ tax included. Very HONEST NO HIDDEN FEES. Now it's 4 phones $120 tax included. We Need this deal back. You'd have alot more customers. Service is great and I live in the mountains some places I don't get service but it has improved,.
I think you could be a little Senior FRIENDLY for us older people. It's hard do do stuff online. We need service at no extra charge. I do have an issue with Sales clerks UP SELLING, If most of us could afford we would. DONT PRESSURE PEOPLE BE HONEST WITH UP FRONT COST. That's my only real complaint. So 4 stars. I love that you can get 2 phones $50 this helps me put more food on my table. That is if you use automated payments. If u like me to do survey anytime I do love this company Merry Christmas ?”
