“I just wanted to give a shout out to the lady who made my chicken and rang me up. She was very nice and thoughtful with my order. The biscuits were wrapped in foil so they didn't get hard. I can tell she actually cares and works very hard. Give her a raise! At the very least give her a tip jar or something!”
“Their bakery section is what keeps me shopping here.Chocolate cream cheese cupcakes. They are the best! Every time I've bought them, they were fresh, spongy & delicious. If they aren't out, I ask the ladies behind the bakery counter, and they have them back there.15/10 recommend”
“When you talk about Hazleton Pennsylvania, this is what you talk about this store right here they have everything you need. The food is amazing. The service is great and let's talk about the sandwiches best sandwiches in town but wait let me not leave out the juices. Oh my God the juices are amazing they have so many type of juices is ridiculous. You will have to go and see it for yourself.”

“PROS: this place was large with many pumps. Prices were unbeatable and staff was friendly. The store had a strong variety of items as well CONS: there was constant power outages affecting the pumps. I later learned this was common for them OVERALL: great place to go to but they need to become more reliable with their electric source”
“They are a good, clean mini mart. They have a dine in or out little breakfast grill with good food. Their service is great. They sell typical things a mini Mart would sell like hot dogs, rolls, bread, chips, milk, snacks. Their gas is also better quality then the place that is almost across the street from them so we try to get our gas here. My husband wishes they would open just about a half an hour earlier so he could come here instead.”
“Typical local little gas station/store. I go here because they offer 90 octane ethanol free gas. Great for small engines even your car will run better without ethanol.?”
“Pharmacist goes to the extra work to save me money for on a cash pay script. Honestly the individual is the key but cvs hired her hahaa. God bless kind hearted people and corporations who understand the poor. Many are not poor of choice. Never mattered to me. If you have it to give and someone needs it GIVE IT! GOD BLESS!”
“I was so excited to come here because I live out of state and I love Turkey Hill products when I can find them! I bought the turkey hill iced tea decaf Orange flavor and it was fantastic!The biggest disappointment is they don't have a larger hot food section, just some hot dogs which tasted fine.Very clean very organized and very polite staff.I told the lady behind the counter I was so excited to be there because I haven't been to a Turkey Hill in about 20 years. She said she's been working for Turkey Hill about 20 years. How funny would it be if she was the last person that waited on me lol”

“I work at this gas station and our hours have been changed for quite sometime now due to not much business from 8-9 on some days. Maybe if some people would read the sign on the door when they walk in it would help them out a lot.”

“The place is alot nicer since they updated the store and added the food and beer. The only reason why I dont give it 5 stars which I would is because of one cashier. Witnessed a ladys card not work for a cup of coffee and the cashier got extremely mad rolled her eyes and then when the lady turned around to walk away the cashier flipped her off and said next time make sure your f***in card works. Then continued to talk badly about the customer to the other worker. I was very upset to see this!”
“Well, I was moving my brother into our cousin's house in Freeland, and I am not from the area and did not know the town. I was uncertain of my directions back to the PA Turnpike, so I stopped into this store for help getting me back to my home. I asked the lady at the register and she listened carefully and then summoned others for help, when two very nice men gave me very specific directions for my travel. They were extremely nice and helpful, I thanked them! Because of them I got back on the right course safely. The next time I am in town visiting my brother, I will be sure to stop in to say thank you again, and try to purchase some items for my brother and cousin and for my travel home.”
“Went in to get some Vapor Rub and was greeted shortly after entering and asked if I needed any help by an associate named Michael. He pointed us to 2 spots and came to check on us to make sure we found what we needed. During check out a product rang up wrong and he went back to check the correct price from the isle label for us.I'd give 4 stars and say just your typical CVS, but 5 stars for Michael being knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.”

“You won't believe this place! Stocked floor to ceiling! Pricing is honest throughout the store. Had an opportunity to speak at length with the woman behind the counter. Lovely bright eyed gal. She'll be retiring after this season. Whoever is going to be taking her place next year, I personally would suggest you chat with her. She stocks her own store. You might want to ask questions before she goes. I've never seen a campground store as well stocked before in my life! AND honest pricing? Unbelievable! I've taken an extensive amount of pictures. Zoom in on them. You'll be amazed! And I missed a few corners in the store even.”

“They have fast, friendly service with a personal touch, they treat their customers with the up most respect and the value of their business and will continue to keep going and shopping at this small Turkey Hill Convenient Store, in a small town called Lansford PA which is part of the Carbon County area, which I highly recommend to all of the town residents and surrounding areas patrons and I also give it 5 star's not only cause of the fast friendly service and respect from the employees but also cause they keep their store very much clean and maintained, so I ask everyone that's driving through the town to come and check the store out for themselves, it's located right on the main street on 209 in Lansford PA and I want to thank everyone for taking the time to read not only this post but all of my future posts as well and hope everyone stays safe and has a great and wonderful and pleasant day today and I plan on doing the same as well!!!!”

“I live close by and shop here daily. Gas, scratch offs, game cigarillos, milk, slushies, etc. I’ve purchased it all and I can definitely say their prices are extremely reasonable especially considering the prices at the surrounding gas stations are just too much for my blood. The cashiers are always pleasant and friendly and know exactly why I come in. The establishment is clean and has the best homemade hoagies around. Trust me Tommy’s ain’t it. Id rather buy a gas station hoagie. That should tell you something! So if you by any chance come across this review, please be sure to stop here and experience the best small town spot in Jim Thorpe!”

Always courteous and willing to help with finding anything I need or questions I may have.My prescriptions are always ready when I call them in.If I'm getting a new prescription in person the wait time is extremely quick.Very courteous and friendly staff.”
