“The staff at this post office is so helpful. We had to be out of state for several months last year. Using the federal website for forwarding was daunting both setting it up and ending the service. The Post Mistress was so patient and helpful setting me up. She also assisted with a passport issue. My delivery person is friendly and will place heavy boxes by my door as I am disabled now. I can't say enough about them. I have experience with the postal service in Tucson and I can tell you it ranks a 2 on a scale of 1-10. Thomasville ranks a 10+ in my book.”

“Michael Semmel started delivering FedEx Ground in my area in Feb/March 2023. Mike is a very personal delivery driver & gets to know his customers while doing deliveries. Mike also calls the customers by name.I was off work for surgery from Feb to May. During this time Mike would put my deliveries right inside the front door for me. Once the weather started getting nice, if Mike saw me sitting outside would stop & check on me. Through our conversation Mike knew I was recently widowed & had no family in the area to help me.If Mike sees I’m home he will still check in to make sure I’m ok & see if I need help with anything around the house.I have been working in the banking industry for 25+ yrs, we were always told get to know your customers.
