For a small post office they take care of the customers. Should shut down the Middletown town dump or get this gentleman down there so he can show folks how a business is run correctly.”

“The communication was excellent! From the moment I ordered the Horizon treadmill, I received texts confirming all details of the transaction in my inbox. This was followed up with information about the delivery process. Within 48 hours after the purchase, my treadmill arrived at a location near me from which it could be picked up and delivered to my house. 48 hours after that the delivery date and time was scheduled. On the day of delivery I was contacted by telephone and promise a 4 hour window of delivery. Later that morning I was told the delivery could be made an hour earlier than promised if that worked for me. I agreed and the crew (2 gentlemen) arrived on time. The gentlemen were very professional, very courteous, swiftly assembled the treadmill on site and set it up in my house in the place I selected. After the treadmill assembly was completed, the gentlemen showed me how to work the treadmill and made sure I understood the controls and that everything was in proper working order. The job was completed expeditiously and all packing equipment and materials were removed by the delivery crew as promised. This was simply one of the best delivery experiences I have ever had and I’ve ordered a lot of merchandise over the last 50 years. 5 stars (more if permitted!) for such a terrific job by the two gentlemen who made the delivery at my home that day. The store offers a wide range of office supplies and equipment, making it convenient for all my business needs. The staff was helpful and friendly.However, one aspect that stood out was the cost of printer usage. While the convenience of their printing services is undeniable, I found it a bit expensive. It would be great if Staples could consider more competitive pricing in this area to better serve their customers. Nevertheless, for all other office-related needs, Staples remains a reliable choice.”

“I have Never had an issue with Goldsboro Post Office. I have received my mail everyday, Monday-Saturday, and occasionally a Sunday during the holiday. Packages are never an issue either. They adjusted delivery time, called ahead on the day of with an ETA, and then helped me get it up the driveway into my garage. Excellent experience and highly appreciated.”

Mike also calls the customers by name.I was off work for surgery from Feb to May. During this time Mike would put my deliveries right inside the front door for me. Once the weather started getting nice, if Mike saw me sitting outside would stop & check on me.
