Jess, relationship banker, is extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to opening different accounts. I’ve opened checking, savings, credit cards, and even a car loan there. I couldn’t recommend Jess enough!”

I informed them that mother had just passed the day prior and that I was in a bit of a hurry......no problem. They helped me with both quickness and efficiency! She took time to a calm me down and reassure me that in a few minutes I would have a new card. She looked at all my past expenses. She informed me about being able to check my FICO score and also instructed me how I could set a digital wallet while awaiting the arrival of my replacement debit card. It was a quick process but I obtain so much information in that short period. My card information was compromised while on vacation.
