“After my friends tire blew out and the donut put on we went to Firestone for a new tire. When we got there we were told that they couldn’t help us and to go someplace else or come back another day (there was only one customer in the place and only one car in the service bay). So we drove down to Macis Discount Tires Thorndale. It was like night and day. Mason greeted us and couldn’t be any nicer. Took the car, replaced the tire, checked the other tires, reset the computer and had us on our way within a half hour. I would highly recommend Mavis Discount Tires Thorndale! Was in for inspection, oil change, repair under the front wheel well and new wipers. Dropped off at 7:30a and was ready for pickup before noon. Gotta love it! We called Mavis and explained our situation. They said bring it right up. Lee is the mechanic that plugged our tire. They had us back on the road in 30 minutes and didn't even charge us. “If you're in the market for a mechanic, look no further.
I needed two tires for my mom's sedan, stumbled upon this place while perusing marketplace. Their shop is about an hour and a half from my house, but they had exactly what I needed for a very reasonable price (two virtually new 215/60R16s from another customer's scrapped vehicle, mounted and balanced - $100).
Got there when they opened, they took the car right in. While waiting, I witnessed several customers come and go, dropping off, picking up, explaining their issues. Two things stood out to me: exceptional efficiency and customer service. I spoke with the owner, the receptionist, and two mechanics. Despite the chaos, I felt like my vehicle was their top priority (which is saying something considering I wasn't generating any serious revenue, nor was it likely I'd be a repeat customer).
The job was finished in no time, then right as I was about to pull out, I remembered I wanted to get advice on some engine noise. I went back inside, asked to borrow a mechanic's ear, and without hesitation they listened and openly shared their expert insight.
I've patronized dozens of mechanics over the years, from mega-dealerships to sole proprietors, and everything in between. I've encountered kind, hardworking people that deliver quality service, and sleazy scumbags whose work is shoddy at best. These guys seemed like the real deal.
So I scheduled another appointment for my own vehicle. The mechanic quickly diagnosed the issue, showed me what he saw while it was on the lift, and not only gave me a comprehensive understanding of my immediate concerns, but provided realistic expectations of service I may need in the future.
Now I can confidently say that my suspicions were true: Bigfoot Automotive is undoubtedly a top-tier mom-and-pop repair shop.”

Billy and the Car Shop team made the purchase super easy, did the registration for me, and transferred my plates to the new truck all on site. AAA towed it to KS Automotive and they started working on it straight away giving frequent progress reports.
The problem included resetting the computer addressing and replacing a neglected filter for the hybrid batteries and also the starter battery itself.
The car was fixed and checked and I picked it up within 24 hours.

I had issues with the selling dealership and another dealership closer to me. I searched out a different shop, but that didn't get back to me. I reached out to Brandywine Motor Works. I needed the PA Inspection and Emissions stickers, as well as an oil change and an engine and cabin air filter change.
This shop very accommodating in working with my work schedule. Everything was completed in a very reasonable amount of time. And, the price I paid for everything was much lower than the dealer and another shop. They use OEM parts and also use a BETTER oil than the BMW dealership.
Not to mention that Peter and his staff are all-around nice people!
I'm definitely going back to this shop for any needs to my BMW.”

“I want to give a huge shout out of thanks to DML for their help when I was in a bit of a bind a couple of weeks back. I was on my way to work when my car (2011 BMW 3-series) started overheating. Seeing the steam rising up from my hood, I knew I couldn't just keep driving. Fortunately, I was only blocks from DML, so plodded my way in bumper to bumper traffic up to their lot and pulled in. One of the mechanics came right out to me seeing the steam. We popped the hood and he confirmed his hunch of a split coolant line. They were completely booked up for the day, but offered to attempt to fit it in as soon as the next day if he could given their workload.
I told him I was coincidentally planning to bring it that same afternoon to a nearby import specialist for a completely unrelated repair (hello money pit). Knowing the short distance to the other mechanic, they said it would be safe to drive to the other mechanic once the car cooled down and was topped off. They asked me to hangout for a bit and after about 20 minutes, popped into the waiting room, told me they topped it off and to get moving ASAP because it was slowly leaking out - No charge! I hopped in and was on my way.
Fortunately, the stars aligned and the lights were green along my route, so I made it just as the temperature and steam started to rise again. So THANK YOU for the very kind gesture and free assistance - as a result, I’m scheduling my next routine maintenance with DML and look forward to the start of a long-term relationship with the shop.”

“I've only used these guys twice so far but I'm incredibly impressed with them! I recently got hustled by Firestone and my dad recommends this place which, if you know my dad, you know that his recommendation is a golden stamp of approval.
I just got new tires and when I called in I had done my research and found a great tire on their website. When I asked for it, the guy on the other end recommended a less expensive tire with a better warranty and way better tread since I mentioned that I like going to the mountains.
They also checked my alignment for only $100 (I was charged almost $200 at Firestone which is basically what the charged for an actual alignment!) I am definitely going to continue doing business here.”
