“Five-Star Service at Jackson Automotive! I had an excellent experience at Jackson Automotive thanks to Luke and Jim! I came in with one flat tire that needed replacement, plus another that had slipped off the wheel well. Luke went above and beyond to squeeze me into their busy schedule, and I really appreciated his effort to get me taken care of quickly. Jim, the technician, was fantastic, keeping me informed every step of the way and clearly explaining the issue. He did a great job replacing, mounting, and balancing both tires, ensuring everything was done right. The entire process was smooth, professional, and efficient. I highly recommend Jackson Automotive for their top-notch service and excellent customer care! Five stars all the way!”

“Would highly recommend for any car needs and issues! Very honest and upfront with what your car needs and does not need. I have an Audi and was told from another shop it needed a part that would cost several hundreds of dollars. James looked at it and said there was nothing wrong with the car and saved me from having to spend all this unnecessary money. He also saved me money on my brakes as well. Will continue to have my car serviced through Edwards Auto Service. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy.”

“I can’t recommend this automotive repair shop enough. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and taken care of. Car repairs can be stressful, especially when they’re unexpected, but this shop truly goes above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. One of the biggest things that sets them apart is their willingness to work with you on financing. Instead of making you feel pressured or overwhelmed, they take the time to explain your options and help you find a solution that fits your budget. That level of understanding and flexibility is rare and incredibly appreciated. The technicians are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They don’t just fix the issue—they take the time to explain what’s going on with your vehicle in a way that actually makes sense. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about doing the job right the first time. On top of all that, their customer service is outstanding. They consistently go the extra mile, whether it’s fitting you into a busy schedule, keeping you updated throughout the repair, or making sure you leave feeling confident and safe in your vehicle. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and customer-focused automotive repair shop, this is the place to go.”
