“I needed a UHaul 10'truck for a day and this location was the closest to me for pick up and drop off. I have to say, every employee I came in contact with there had excellent customer service skills and were very polite and helpful. They made pick-up and drop-off of the truck fast

“This pick up went smooth other then the app (best to download app then to try n do the website on your phone) it took us about 15-20 mins in the beginning bc it kept restarting. The drop off was even worse, we had to drive away from the area (bc it was it was scary & creepy area) (hookers I’m sorry sex worker to be PC lol) but once we left it worked fine.
Be fair warned you ARE CHARGED MILEAGE!!! I didn’t know this but it was only $14 I gave 4 stars bc of the app trouble”
