CVS is a popular pharmacy and retail store that offers a range of services, including COVID-19 testing for eligible individuals. The store's staff experience varies; some employees are friendly and helpful, while others can be dismissive or rude, with occasional issues like staff not answering the phone consistently. Despite this, many customers appreciate the in-store service, especially the pharmacy team, who are often patient and diligent in managing medications and assisting with prescriptions. The store is consistently clean and well-maintained, with a spotless parking lot and tidy interior. Customer service from management can be a highlight, with some managers providing exceptional support and kindness, which encourages continued patronage. However, there are frustrations, such as difficulty reaching staff by phone and frequent problems with self-checkout machines, which sometimes malfunction and require cashier assistance, defeating the purpose of self-service. The availability of products like bottled water can also be inconsistent. Overall, CVS offers reliable in-store pharmacy services and friendly staff, but customers may face challenges with phone communication and technology at checkout.
Great place to buy what you need and getting medicine.

Everyone was friendly and the woman manager came immediately when I pushed the “help” button for a locked up item and escorted me to the register and checked me out. She was awesome!! Thank you!
