“This store in a sentence: how the upscale moneyed set looks like they're outdoorsy without actually being outdoorsy. Or: decor, gear and outfits for entertaining at the "cabin" in the Berkshires. Tucked into a shopping center off busy Lancaster Ave/ US -30 in Paoli sits Trove General Store. It's a beautifully merchandised, well laid out store featuring warm brown tones against cool gray, some "vintage" style accents, mix of clothing, decor and housewares. None of this is "general store" unless you've got a cozy 6 bedroom cabin or a chalet at Aspen. You want to look outdoorsy without being outdoorsy- catered clamping is roughing it. Everything is lovely, and $55 is a sale price for a shirt. Three melamine stacking trays in different sizes will run you $85. Spotted a thick book on how to go camping that will not help you go camping but will look great on a shelf or a side table. Expensive, tasteful, fun to visit. I am not their customer.”

I’ve talked to customer support 5 times, I’ve talked to chat 3 times all in the hopes of getting someone to help me, all those inquiries failed. Today I decided to call my law I local Bauer in a last ditch effort to get someone help in deciding which Parka would be best for me. Thank the Retail gods Patrick answered the phone. Not only did he understand and appreciate my concern for finding the right jacket for me, he was knowledgeable on Eddie Bauer products, went and compared them and overall was the BEST retail customer service I’ve EVER had. I can’t thank him enough for taking the time out of his day to help me, and next time I visit an Eddie Bauer. I’m driving the extra 45 minutes to go to Brinton Lakes because they’re on the top of their game. Seriously, Patrick as someone who loves fashion, you made my decision easier than I could have ever expected. Thank you again man.”

I have to take my dogs out multiple times a day & this coat has made it a lot less terrible. It’s well made & I like the color. Having the hood is great too. Keeps my neck warm.
