“Mainline Custom is an absolute gem of a men's clothier in West Chester. I have purchased multiple suits, shirts, slacks, ties and socks from Larry and Jeff over the years, including my son's prom suit and shoes. We've never had an issue and are always treated as a valued customer. They are very accommodating to my needs and schedule. As wonderful as their clothes and store are, my wife and I thoroughly enjoy our conversations with Jeff and Larry, especially regarding our respective families. This sort of individual attention, quality merchandise and customer service in retail has become rare to find, but it is alive and well at Mainline Custom Shop! Keep up the great work, gentlemen!”

“I went to the Exton Mall location to browse and was immediately greeted by the two people working. They were so friendly and welcoming. I ended up buying a hoodie and was talking to the tall blonde (I think?) guy working. He was just so sweet. I was saying how my daughter and I would be sharing the hoodie I was buying, and he told me his mom had lost weight and that she wears some of his shirts. He just seemed so proud of her and the way he spoke of her gave me the warm fuzzies. I had been running around like crazy all day trying to find all of the accessories for my daughter's first dance and was tired and stressed. I'm so glad I decided to drop in for a quick look because I left with a smile on my face. I'll be back (because I love hot topic) and hopefully he's working! ?”

“This store in a sentence: how the upscale moneyed set looks like they're outdoorsy without actually being outdoorsy. Or: decor, gear and outfits for entertaining at the "cabin" in the Berkshires. Tucked into a shopping center off busy Lancaster Ave/ US -30 in Paoli sits Trove General Store. It's a beautifully merchandised, well laid out store featuring warm brown tones against cool gray, some "vintage" style accents, mix of clothing, decor and housewares. None of this is "general store" unless you've got a cozy 6 bedroom cabin or a chalet at Aspen. You want to look outdoorsy without being outdoorsy- catered clamping is roughing it. Everything is lovely, and $55 is a sale price for a shirt. Three melamine stacking trays in different sizes will run you $85. Spotted a thick book on how to go camping that will not help you go camping but will look great on a shelf or a side table. Expensive, tasteful, fun to visit. I am not their customer.”
“I like this Store, I bought 3 valentines day t-shirts from there. The cashier was very friendly, greeted me, and even thanked me. If you visit Delaware please shop at this store. She even put clothes in a bad in a special way to protect the clothes.”
“Nova is the best! I ordered pants online and when they arrived, found out they didn’t fit correctly. I made the mistake of not emailing to return immediately and by the time I got around to it, my return window had closed. I reached out to customer service, who said there was nothing they could do. As a last effort I visited the the exton store and spoke to Nova. She said she could provide store credit and then helped me get the right size and type of replacement pants, even ordering them for me online. Could not have been a better experience. Amazing customer service!”

“Extremely nice and helpful staff, made my visit enjoyable. Good selection and great quality clothes. The selection of men’s and women’s clothing are huge, I wish there was a bigger selection of kids clothes. There was some nice things available for kids but only in 1 or 2 different sizes. Future- I would like to see more of the kids selection that’s available online in the stores. Store was also kept very well and clean.”

“First off I want to Thank Lauren S. for EVERYTHING that she did for me!! I ordered my stuff online for it to be delivered to my house, however, it got lost in transit like most of our orders so when I called customer service they gave me 20% off cuz I shopped on cyber Mon then I had to place the order again online for curbside pickup, which was a bit of a headache since they didn’t have everything that I wanted. Customer service said that I had to place the order online in order to get the extra 50% off for all of the aggravation! Which in the end would’ve worked out! When I got to the Exton store Lauren S. helped me out right away with helping me to find the rest of my order and then helped me again with looking for everything else that I wanted! She went way out of her way to be there for me! I looked around by myself for a little cuz I wanted to grab a couple of other items and she kept checking on me, asking me if I needed any help or if I had any questions! Not only that, at the end when I was ready to check out she hopped right onto a register and got me 64% off of my entire order!! I made out so well that I actually felt like a weight was lifted off of my shoulders and I could actually enjoy my holiday now!! Thank you for everything Lauren S., I really really appreciate EVERYTHING that you did for me today! For going above and beyond everything and making sure that I had a great experience with Old Navy!! You’re the best!!”
“Located in the heart of the Exton and very close to the Pottstown pike and Lincoln Highway. They have plenty of parking and now Sephora is open too at this location. They have a good collection of seasonal dress, shoes and home essentials too. I go to this location primarily for clothing and home essentials and have done some formal shoes shopping in the past too. The cost seems high but you will be able to get coupons in their app or via emails or sites too which will give better value for the buy. They do have Amazon drop off location for returns the service is pretty fast. The staff here is always friendly and willing to assist us in need.”

“Busy store which means to me people are shopping here for Christmas . Did have 4 cashiers on a Tuesday afternoon. Coupons are all in my wallet that the store can pull up on the computer. They do have discounts marked throughout the store. A cashier explained if not coupon eligible the item will be marked above them on the pricing signs. Like shopping here especially for undergarments and linens. My husband always purchases his exercise sneakers on line for this store. One other thing is that recently have been there for Nine West tops. Try it the pricing is very good.”
“I was at Lands’ End yesterday and I must say the store is in pristine condition and the workers are very friendly. I went in expecting the worst from all of the negative comments, but alas I was pleasantly surprised! Everything is easy to identify: prices, what things are, and the various sections (petite, plus, missy, kids, and men’s)! Very clean, very nice. Will be back soon for sure! Keep up the great work”
“The store manager Vincent is incredible! He has helped me out at 3 different locations in the past year. I always call to see if he’s working. His knowledge about his business, and customer service is the best I’ve ever had. For reference I have been shopping with Jos a bank for over 20 years. There has been ups, and downs with the service I have received during my time shopping over the years. But you have a real rockstar working for you. I will be back as long as Vince is around. “I did not want to miss the opportunity to recognize two of the most patient, kind and helpful Customer Service Associates.I made a couple purchases in the Men’s department for my husband during the holiday season. Unfortunately, the sizes were off and I needed to exchange them for the right size. However, even though it is totally unlike me, I tossed the receipts. Soooo… upstairs personnel explained they could not make an exchange without evidence that I had purchased them, especially since I had also taken the items out of their original packaging prior to wrapping them in holiday wrap. Understanding fully the reasoning I headed to Customer Service downstairs. Sidney, the associate there tried finding the purchase on the computer based on dates I had given her. Unfortunately, for what ever the reason she could not locate the transaction. Another associate by the name of Joanne was in ear shot snd came over to help. Both of these ladies spent at least 20 minutes trying to find proof of my purchase while no making me feel bad or even thinking that I might be retuning stolen goods. They worked tediously trying to find ways of finding the info needed. Both Sidney & Joanne put me at ease with light conversation in between looking, never giving up on the search. Finally, they were able to find the purchase and allow me to exchange everything for the right size. They exhibited extreme patience and smiles the entire time. Their Customer Service was amazing!! They never gave up and did not let me get frustrated and walk away and give up ether. Macy, thanks for providing your employees with excellent customer service skills. Kudos to Sidney & Joanne!”

“I am a 62 year old curvy woman who always thought old navy was for kids. Boy, was I wrong. Most of the clothes they had came in sizes from 0 to 4x. The clothes are very different from what I find in Kohls or Boscovs. I found lots of great outfits on sale. One beautiful shirt was $2.47. I was a happy gal!”
