“Best shoe purchasing experience that I have ever had. Michael was super knowledgeable and so patient with both my husband and I. He was able to perform a gait analysis for both of us and put us in the correct running shoes / insoles.
The store was busy with a couple groups of people. He still was very patient, friendly, and efficient with everyone. We have both since ran in our new shoes and love them. I highly recommend this store and will be shopping here in the future.”

He helped me try on different shoes, made sure I got the right size, and took accurate measurements to find the perfect fit. I was looking for HOKA shoes, and he showed me the latest model available. “I really like this LOFT now. I tended to avoid it because I found the previous staff to range from uninterested to unwelcoming (this was awhile ago). “I went to Famous Footwear at Concord Mall, Wilmington, DE today to get clarification on a pair of Nike sneakers I had just purchased online a few days prior for my grandson for Christmas. The packing order and the shoebox description did not match. I was assisted by Val who researched and cleared up my concerns within minutes and I was now comfortable that the contents were the correct shoes. Additionally, Val saw that the shoes in question were now on sale and offered to credit me the difference. Wow…this is outstanding customer service!”
“I tried to go get boots from here. I found a pair I liked and even though the prices were a bit steep, I asked if they had a pair in my size... The lady running the store said they had them in my size. When I asked if I could try them on, she said "No". Needless to say, I left without purchasing the boots. Not sure why I couldn't try them on to make sure they fit before dropping almost $200 on them.So, I went back today (next day) and used Google Translator to ask in Spanish and the experience was much better. Turns out she didn't understand what I was asking the day before. I am glad I figured this out and was able to communicate with her. She was very pleasant to deal with once we were able to speak with each other. They certainly have nice western style boots, hats and belts. I would recommend checking them out.”

“This store is clean and organized. It's easy to pick up an online order from this location. The staff is helpful and the selection of clothes is good. For me I prefer to shop on the app and do store pick up and sometimes pick out one or two more things in the store.”
“Lots of shoes to pick from and a great selection. They had a pair of what I wanted on sale and in my size so went there to pick them up. Nice big store with lots of rows and shelves and the stock was in orderly fashion. Recommended.”

“Nice store and nice employees. However I have been in here twice now and both times it smelled like a horse barn, not bad just like hay, it’s so odd I almost wanted to ask them if they knew why. So odd, lol.
Also I had to go get a different shirt bc the lady didn’t check on me, and when I went to get it she was chatting at the counter with another employee. I prefer not to be bothered when shopping so it wasn’t a huge deal, but it would have been nice if she acknowledged I was running to grab a different size myself when she saw me.”

“I am a big guy who likes to walk and sometimes run, who appreciates what the right shoe can mean for my exercise routine. A trip to a running store can sometimes be intimidating. Jordan analyzed my gait and helped me pick out the right shoes (NB 1080) and I couldn’t be happier. She answered all of my questions, even explaining why my old shoes were giving me trouble. I was just out walking today and my feet feel great!”
