“Best shoe purchasing experience that I have ever had. Michael was super knowledgeable and so patient with both my husband and I. He was able to perform a gait analysis for both of us and put us in the correct running shoes / insoles.
The store was busy with a couple groups of people. He still was very patient, friendly, and efficient with everyone. We have both since ran in our new shoes and love them. I highly recommend this store and will be shopping here in the future.”

“This is now my new favorite store! My wife loves TJ Maxx and Marshalls and those stores have a few things I like but walking into Sierra felt like the version of this sales model made for me! I love that they have tons of outdoor stuff and bike equipment. Also I found some crazy deals on Carhartt work jackets that are gonna come in handy next winter while I'm surveying. I wish I lived closer but the drive was worth it.”
“Great selection for a great price. The owner is very informative and shows a great interest with helping out customers, new or seasoned with fly fishing tricks and tips. If in the area I would highly recommend stopping by.”
“We (my husband and I) walked into the Ski Bum around 4:45 Sat. We saw that it closed at 5 but wanted to check out skis for me. (To just look really quick and just to see the store. I had never been. I’ve been a ski rental gal) A sales clerk, Anthony, approached us and was super friendly and ready to answer any questions. He was very patient and never made us felt like “ah sorry but we are closing” He listened to my “skiing abilities” and my issues that I have had with skiing. He started recommending the skis for my level and I saw that there was a sale! So I asked about boots and poles. He was “Sure! Follow me” My husband and I kept saying “we are so sorry to hold you up! Are you sure!”’ (Because once I found the skis, I was so excited to buy everything I needed - ps, not super rich, skis are expensive but with the sale and I came into a little bit of some money from my moms passing. This to me is a gift from her) after about the 3rd “Im Sorry” he said very friendly “Please stop saying you’re sorry. It’s fine, I’m in no rush” He really again, was patient. Help me with buying inserts for my high arches, which I knew I had high arches but never realized how high once he had me stand on some special foot sensor device. I bought inserts that molded to my feet, which I think that in itself is going to help me with having the right boots that fit correctly which will then help me ski better. Anyway, the girl at the counter was super nice too and didn’t seem annoyed that we made her stay as well (I didn’t catch her name) but I was just so happy with the entire experience and I’m so excited to go back and pick up everything. We were in and out in about an hour or so. I usually wake up the next morning with buyer’s remorse when I buy something big but not today! I’m still so happy and thrilled that I got the skis. I just hate that we might not have time to ski again this year but who knows now. Thank you again Anthony, the other sales associate and the girl at the counter ☺”
“I will echo many others experience with Unequal. The service and product provided was outstanding. I also brought my 12 year old son in for a lax goalie chest protector fitting with Tom and Jack and the experience was outstanding. I'm sure we'll be back as he grows and progresses.”

Only con would be larger sizes sell out fast so you have to buy the item you have your eye on right away .”
“I went to Famous Footwear at Concord Mall, Wilmington, DE today to get clarification on a pair of Nike sneakers I had just purchased online a few days prior for my grandson for Christmas. The packing order and the shoebox description did not match. I was assisted by Val who researched and cleared up my concerns within minutes and I was now comfortable that the contents were the correct shoes. Additionally, Val saw that the shoes in question were now on sale and offered to credit me the difference. Wow…this is outstanding customer service!”

Killer deals on lightly used, 100% functional gear for such a good deal. “This Lulu Lemon located in the Glen mills area is great with lots of collection. The parking is shared and ample. The customer service is not great for a Lulu lemon store. The collection is great and definitely worth visiting. The store is maintained well and clean. The online inventory and its related store availability is accurate and great. I will check out this place again at a later time.”
