“Visited for the first time during the midnight madness sale and it was midday, so quite a few items were already sold out. The location had very mixed labeling and pricing and disorganization. It was very hard to understand what items cost to be able to be within my budget. The service was really friendly and knowledgeable about products and inventory and even kindly offering to double check stock and even offered to call another store to see if the products I was interested were in stock. The store is laid out well, for being small, but the organization element would make shopping so much easier to have the price labels on the shelves match up with the inventory.
The store has A LOT of classic and even unique dog and cat toys, and some exotic pet toys too. A large selection of supplements, some of the same types but different brands at different price points, which works great for different budgets. Collars and leashes had an awesome variety, too. A lot of well known named brand kibbles and dry food, freeze dried, freeze fresh premade raw, and wet food too. I much prefer to support a local business and I was able to get what I needed rather than going to Amazon, Chewy, or one of the big box stores.”

“The staff are always helpful and kind. The first time I took my puppy, he threw up his entire breakfast. The staff calmly got me what I needed to clean it up and helped me. Mickey is 5 months now and no longer doing that! He enjoys perusing the aisles, smelling bags, picking out a toy, and admiring the hamsters, ferrets, and cats. Great adventure on a hot or rainy day.”
“Good sturdy furniture for my cats. They prefer carpet to destroy LOL! The crew at Cozy Cat were accomodating, good at respoinding quickly to my questions, and great follow-up with questions. Cant say enough. Well pleased and so are my cats.”
“Love this place! Staff is so kind and helpful, and they have a great selection of pet goods with equally good prices. I took my fussy Min Pin/Chihuahua mix in to their November nail trim clinic and the woman doing it made him very comfortable and had it done within a couple of minutes! I will be back next month with my diva Cavapoo !”

“I frequent this place every month to get food for our little guy. The staff is super friendly and always ask if I need any help. They carry a wide variety of dog food and treats. They also organize pop up photos for free some times. I got cute pictures of my dog from concord pet.”

“Always a good experience here, they're super helpful and able to get a very hard to find food that I use for my dog with a cancer diagnosis. They're also always willing to help try to find things that accommodate my other dog's allergies and similar.”
