“I have made a mess of my driver side quarter size scrape trying DIY using Amazon and even factory paint ( touch up/spray can / clear coat) . More I tried to fix it more it gotten out of hand. ?♂️. Finally, I started searching for a decent auto body shop to get me out of this situation. The dead center mess I made on my brand new truck was just not bearable.
I have done work on my bikes engine and mechanical stuff oil changes to brake pads and chain stuff, but I guess I found out auto paint is something I can't do .
I came across Phil's body shop and other Auto body shops in the Harrisburg area, also gotten estimates from few shops but I chose Phil's as I felt more comfortable with Google reviews and also the ppl in the office were amazing and knowledgeable they have quoted me a very decent price. They also, upon my request, squeeze me in before the July 4th weekend.
I dropped off the truck on Thursday, and on Monday, it was ready. The results were
amazing they have done the perfect job.
I can't tell if the mess i made was even there.
Phil, the owner, even gave me a discount ( law enforcement)

Previously, had a subpar garage not in Harrisburg to work on my Jeep before, left things go I asked them to fix, bad communication etc. Now my battery kept dying, so I call Harkins, they got me in as I told them I needed my car for the weekend. They open at 8AM, by 10AM the next day they not only had full diagnosis but also EXACT ESTIMATE. Picked it up the next day and everything now working great. Well he was all over the place and never once sent a text message letting ne know he was going to be my advisor. My service was done and my car sat in the breezeway too the point it was moved to allow another customer leave. I did speak with Jay until it was time too go. I think he can be good, if he comes down and focus. I know they're extremely busy, however I've had 3 cars from there and saw folks come and go from Service. “Car sales, it's definitely a skill. You have to strike the right balance of meeting a customers needs, upselling without coming off as too pushy. At the same time you don't want undersell. We've bought three cars from this dealership over the past 4 years. 2. They've gone the extra mile for us on several occasions: I came the year before just to check out cars, and I wanted to review financing options. They worked with for about an hour on a pretty busy day. they did knowing they most likely weren't going to make a sale that day. I came back to buy a Mazada they worked with me again to get the car I wanted within my price range. They advised us on carry over debt, and options available to deal with it. My wife especially impressed with the customer service I received. She came back to Faulkner when it was time to upgrade. When my car got totaled last year. I gave them a list of 3 vehicles specific trims, and colors. They worked with us over several weeks to get the vehicle I wanted. My tech savvy saleswomen handled 90% of the stuff via frigging txt! I would recommend Faulkner Mazda.”
