“I used express service for an oil change and PA inspection. I was greeted warmly and treated respectfully. I was on the road again in less than one hour. I used a coupon so the invoice was quite reasonable. Excellent experience. Returned for oil change, state inspection and some maintenance. Scheduling was easy and logistics simple. All excellent. Returned again for oil change. Excellent all around. Highly recommended.”

“Great service experience which actually lead me to a buying new car. I started off with a horrible service experience at Fred Beans and Faulkner welcomed me in and provided the type of service that a customer deserves. I got to drive a brand new loaner car from Faulkner, which I loved so much that Austin hooked me up getting a great deal on. He was fantastic at patiently explaining all the features of the car and within 2 days I drove away with my brand new car. A professional dealership to work with! Highly recommend!”

“A few days ago, I had my brand new, 3 month owned 2026 SUV repaired by Dan’s auto body (accidental but self inflicted 5 inch scratch on hatch door edge). They did a phenomenal repair and you’d never know it happened. Zander, my point of contact, was kind, courteous and responsive. I highly recommend!”

“2nd car from Turner Kia (just bought this one a month ago). Absolutely outstanding. They were transparent, timely, and easy to work with. Simple as that. I didn't want to haggle or get scammed on pricing so I was a repeat customer. They outfitted my car for golf trips and I really can't thank them enough for treating me with respect and not just a random person. Had them even ship this to my other house and it was a breeze”

“Billman's Auto body did a great job on my truck. They do great work at great prices. They also will either wave part of your deductible or all of it. For me Mr. Billman waved my deductible both times. I had my other car at the shop last year and he did a very good job on it as well. Highly recommend, I want to give him more than 5 stars because I don't think 5 stars is enough. If you are within 15 miles from the shop they can give you a ride (if needed). Mr.Billman, if you read this. Thank you and you're team for the hard work you've done me and my family. I hope you're business grows exponentially.”

“Bought a used Hyundai Ioniq 6 and had a good experience with Patrick. He was easy to work with and even did some extra detailing on the car to make sure it was up to his standards. We were able to work back and forth on a price over text and the price we agreed on was honored when we came to fill out paperwork. We were offered the warranties and maintenance plans but not guilt-tripped or pushed to buy them. I will be happy to buy with them again.”

“I have a 2016 Mercedes that had an engine light on, and was just serviced by another shop recently. With that said I decided to go with Hawkins and test out the waters. They were able to get me in ASAP, and the car was fixed within 48 hrs. Parts were ordered Monday, and the car was repaired by Tuesday before closing. The customer service was second to none, and the cars is perfect. We will continue with Hawkins Service Center , and I highly recommend them.”

“I can't say enough great things about the customer service Rey and Khairi provided on Sunday night. I walked in right at closing time, and honestly, I knew I was that customer. Instead of making me feel like an inconvenience, they welcomed me with smiles, treated me with kindness, and immediately helped me find the part I needed. My car had left me stranded, and I was stressed, but Rey and Khairi went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. They were knowledgeable, personable, efficient, and genuinely cared about helping me get back on the road. Not once did they make me feel rushed or like I was a burden, even though they were ready to close for the night. Outstanding customer service like this is hard to find. Because of the way they treated me, I'll gladly drive out of my way just to shop at this location again. Rey and Khairi truly set the standard for excellent customer service. Thank you both for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience!”

“5 stars! Ladies, I feel he is trustworthy. Get a quote and YOU decide where to take YOUR car! I recommended getting a quote from here. Yes the hill to get to HILLTOP is steep, but his prices are not. He was recommended from my regular car shop and I am very happy with my experience. He used what he could from what was salvagable which was all but 1 piece. He could have hussled me to replace it all. Instead, he helped find the least expensive route. He was transparent about pricing and my options. Offered to touch up a spot to prevent rusting. A curb or three may have been scraped by my back door. Service was quick and looks great!”

“I looked for a place to have my 18 year old HHR painted and was quoted ridiculous prices. I stopped in MAACO and was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable person. Looked over my car, questioned what the other places were fixing lol. I had my car painted for less than 10% of what I was quoted. My car looks brand new again. Thank you for the friendly and great service.”

“Car sales, it's definitely a skill. You have to strike the right balance of meeting a customers needs, upselling without coming off as too pushy. At the same time you don't want undersell. We've bought three cars from this dealership over the past 4 years. 2. They've gone the extra mile for us on several occasions: I came the year before just to check out cars, and I wanted to review financing options. They worked with for about an hour on a pretty busy day. they did knowing they most likely weren't going to make a sale that day. I came back to buy a Mazada they worked with me again to get the car I wanted within my price range. They advised us on carry over debt, and options available to deal with it. My wife especially impressed with the customer service I received. She came back to Faulkner when it was time to upgrade. When my car got totaled last year. I gave them a list of 3 vehicles specific trims, and colors. They worked with us over several weeks to get the vehicle I wanted. My tech savvy saleswomen handled 90% of the stuff via frigging txt! I would recommend Faulkner Mazda.”
