βBest decision I ever made was to open an account with Woodforest. Besides the perks of having an account there, the employees are very polite, educated and truly engage in helping their customers. There is never an annoyed face when I go there and for me thatβs everything right there!β

βBranch Hazleton is a convenient branch. Teller Maria V is a patient employee and really knows her stuff. Helped me and my Spanish speaking mom open accounts and is really informative. It helps that she is bilingual.β
βFinally, a bank in Hazleton that speaks more English than Spanish and they are quick, efficient and reliable. I was in and out in about 20 mins. As for when I went to PNC Bank or Community Bank, I was waiting there for about 20 mins and still never got seen. So this place seem to always be empty at times and they acknowledge you as soon as you walk in. So I highly recommend this Bank over any or all the other banks in Hazleton, PA.β

βIt's a nice bank, I have one issue with the atm machine not depositing my money when I tried to make a deposit, but the money was deposited in my account a few days later after going into the bank and explaining the issue to one of the employees.β
