“I think most of us would agree that car shopping can be dreadful, especially when dealing with pushy salespeople. When I called Thornton, I was pleasantly greeted by Tyler, who was very knowledgeable about the car I had seen online. Tyler was extremely helpful, professional, and polite throughout the entire car-buying process. Thornton was also very accommodating and allowed me to put the car on a lift so I could inspect the undercarriage, which I really appreciated.
After purchasing the car, I discovered a few minor issues that were resolved quickly through the service department with Tyler’s assistance. I’m giving four stars only because the interior and exterior of the car could have been detailed better. Other than that, my overall experience was great. I would definitely recommend reaching out to Tyler if you’re looking for a stress-free car-buying experience!”

I opted to go home and wait and I had a call in less than an hour that it had been repaired. Spare was returned back into my trunk and I was back to business as usual! I would definitely recommend coming here.”

“Had a misfire on a 2017 Pacifica which required the intake manifold to be removed to diagnose. Very labor intensive job. Tom at KARS advised every step of the way what they were doing and in the end got it repaired at a reasonable price. “I've used Mt. Zion twice now. First time was pretty straightforward and well done- they lifted my truck 3 inches. Took it back in DEC 25 for new rims, tires and upgrading the headlights on my '22 F250. Prices on high side of reasonable but again, did work well. Had an issue in terms of billing and then communication (didn't discuss disposal of rims and tires and other misc.) and raised it with Mike. He responded immediately, very professionally and accepted responsibility and addressed the billing and other issues. Would recommend based on quality of work and responsiveness to any issues- you typically don't see that nowadays. Good ownership.”

“I have gotten my last 5 vehicles from here. I take all 3 of our vehicles to get oil changes, inspections, brakes, rotors, bodywork, etc done here. When you take my truck for a ride to make sure the breaks are working appropriately and see that my tire pressure light just came on, I’d think they could take 3 minutes and put some air in for me. With all the money I spend there, that would be appreciative. Other than this, I’ve never had any issues with Thornton. They do excellent.”
