“I stopped in to get my front engine cover put back on after it got knocked off and was hanging by one bolt. The repairman Eric took it completely off for me for free, before I scheduled an appointment for four days later. The re-installment was quick and easy and took about a half an hour. I have no complaints and would definitely come back should I need service in the future.
Update: The day after the service was performed, I was getting error popups on my dash saying the cruise control, lane keep assist, and collision mitigation breaking system were all not working. I do not use these features hardly at all anyway, but I called them to ask if they were familiar with what may have happened, telling them that I found it is related to the front sensor. I took it in that same day, Eric found a piece that was blocking the sensor, pushed it down, and told me to drive it about fifty miles and see if the error messages go away, and sure enough they did. This blockage likely happened when the car took the hit initially. I was not charged for this visit. Thanks again for your awesome service!”
