“I stopped in to get my front engine cover put back on after it got knocked off and was hanging by one bolt. The repairman Eric took it completely off for me for free, before I scheduled an appointment for four days later. The re-installment was quick and easy and took about a half an hour. I have no complaints and would definitely come back should I need service in the future.

Update: The day after the service was performed, I was getting error popups on my dash saying the cruise control, lane keep assist, and collision mitigation breaking system were all not working. I do not use these features hardly at all anyway, but I called them to ask if they were familiar with what may have happened, telling them that I found it is related to the front sensor. I took it in that same day, Eric found a piece that was blocking the sensor, pushed it down, and told me to drive it about fifty miles and see if the error messages go away, and sure enough they did. This blockage likely happened when the car took the hit initially. I was not charged for this visit. Thanks again for your awesome service!”

“Ethan Brewer was very thorough and detail oriented. He spent a lot of time with us explaining all of the differences between the models of the cars and their packages. He went back and forth many times to provide us keys to see and feel interior, and make sure I found my perfect fit. I took the car out for a test drive, and he really tended to all of the needs/wants of the buyer. He was willing to negotiate a good deal, and ensure that we walked away happy. I have no complaints, I am very thrilled with the service.”

The day my vehicle was hit and the insurance claim was submitted to take it to Ciocca Collision of York, they called me within the hour to send out there tow truck to pick up the vehicle.

Through out the repair process (roughly a month) they kept me fully informed. Call and texted me with updates and important information. They had a couple of hiccups with the parts they received (not there fault) but they made absolutely sure that the parts they received were of 100% quality and damage free.

The service manager reached out to let me know of a couple options they could go with the repair. They warned me that it would probably not be 100% matched correctly since some pieces on the car that weren't being replaced were previously damaged or just impossible to blend which I accepted and understood clearly.

They did say it wouldn't look perfect from closer than 10 feet

However, they lied. They absolutely nailed it.

Even with a trained eye it is extremely difficult to detect that the door of my car was replaced. I will 100% be taking any future vehicles for repair to Ciocca Collision of York.

Even the staff that spoke to me at the desk to get me my car back were extremely kind and helpful.”

“6/13/2016, I purchased my 2014 Buick LaCrosse from Mr. Lance Sease. In all of my years purchasing vehicles I have NEVER had such an enjoyable experience. Mr. Lance was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable, he got me into the perfect car and BELOW the monthly payment I was willing to pay.

“I had a spot of rust on the right rear wheel well of my 2014 Ram pickup. I stopped in at the shop back in I think it was late August and asked them to look at it. He told me the repair would be around $1,000 which seemed reasonable so I asked him to schedule it for me. The appointment was for November 17 but since this was no emergency, I scheduled the work. The work consisted of cutting out the rust area and welding in a patch (the right way to do this type of repair and one of the reasons for the cost) plus refinishing and he said it would be 4-5 days to include the repainting.

It turned out the rust was not extensive (good news) and the repair looks perfect. I really can't tell where the patch was done. The cost was about $100 more but that was due to having to replace the wheel well liner. The work was done in 4 days, just as promised.

All in all, if you can wait for his schedule, the work is excellent and I recommend them very highly for this type of work (rust repairs).”
