“I called about setting up an appointment to have my car fixed that was throwing a transmission code. The guy I talked to looked up the code and advised that I should contact the manufacturer as it may be covered under an extended warranty that I wasn't aware of. THANK GOODNESS he suggested this because the repair was covered. Since I didn't have work done here, I can't comment on their service but they could have taken advantage of me and charged me $4000+ for a transmission but instead were honest and helpful by referring me to the manufacturer. THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!”

“I went to countless of places to test drive many cars. I gave century 3 a call saying that I will be coming to check out the Kia EV6. They confirmed the car was on the lot the second I called. Where some places made me come in and didn’t even have the car on the lot ‘’. I walked in and immediately Dalton was ready with the keys to go test drive it. I spoke with him while test driving the car and his professional/friendly demeanor definitely stood out. This is customer service done right.
I ended up leasing the Kia EV6 Wind from here. Justin and Dayton was very helpful. He was knowledgeable about the EVs in the market. Took the time to hear me out and didn’t come to me with crazy numbers.
I recommend doing your research and seeing what other cars are like, out there in the market with similar price. Kia has been killing it lately in terms of performance and style. I highly recommend visiting this place and talking to Dayton.”
“Be careful when making an appointment for tires. Its best to make the appointment online and purchase tires that way. I made an appointment at the store and the employee assured me my tires would be set aside for my appointment. I work the overnight shift and when I got out of work, I headed over to Walmart for my scheduled appointment. I waited in line for at least 30 minutes( they were busy) only to be told my tires were never set aside and I would have to reschedule. They didn't have any other tires in my size. I was upset but the employee was very nice and understanding. He repeatedly apologized for his coworkers mistake. I will use this place again but order my tires online next time.”
