I can’t say enough great things about BIG DOG’S AUTO REPAIR! From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. The team is down-to-earth, friendly, and truly honest—which can be so hard to find in an auto repair shop. They took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense, never tried to upsell me on things I didn’t need, and genuinely cared about making sure my car was safe and running smoothly.

Update 1/19/26: Came back for a different issue today and changed out 2 TPMS sensors. Scheduled service was prompt and friendly. This shop is the best. I trust Mike.”

“Be careful when making an appointment for tires. Its best to make the appointment online and purchase tires that way. I made an appointment at the store and the employee assured me my tires would be set aside for my appointment. I work the overnight shift and when I got out of work, I headed over to Walmart for my scheduled appointment. I waited in line for at least 30 minutes( they were busy) only to be told my tires were never set aside and I would have to reschedule. They didn't have any other tires in my size. I was upset but the employee was very nice and understanding. He repeatedly apologized for his coworkers mistake. I will use this place again but order my tires online next time.”
