“I'm from out of town (Baltimore, MD) Don't set fire to my post...Lol..I needed slacks as soon as I got back home and wouldn't have time to not only shop but get them hemmed and tailored. Wallie took care of me in less than 30 minutes. I was out the door with 2 pairs of nice Italian pants for a fair price. Who knows...Wallie and I may have started the beginning of mending the two cities! Great store. Definitely recommend.”

“Wonderful lab. Very small and intimate feel but every employee I've talked to has been super nice and they always go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience and the scans and development is always great. Best I've got from any local lab. And their film prices are wayyy cheaper than any other photo store I've been too. (But still a bit above internet pricing, but what can you do). I trust them completely with all my film dev and know it's going to be great every time. Also their support rules cuz I had to reach out via email about some order changes and they not only easily remedied it but also answered me on a day the store was supposed to be closed! Above and beyond!”

“Came here for scrubs, and had a fantastic experience. The employee who helped me, Larry, went well above and beyond and made it a genuinely lovely experience and I would come back to this specific store just because of the excellent service. I have difficulty finding my size and only specific scrubs fit me well, and he both helped me pick new ones to try and special order a type I was looking for with impressive patience and dedication. Despite IT difficulties he spent a lot of effort to ensure I got the correct service and was friendly and cheerful throughout it all. Best experience I've ever had scrub shopping and will definitely recommend! :)”
“Rather than go with the big box tuxedo rental (Black Tux, Men’s Warehouse, etc), I decided to go to Joseph Orlando for my and my groomsmen’s wedding suits and we could not have been happier! From the very beginning, Joseph Orlando was receptive to the idea and worked through the different options and the best way to get us all measured and tailored so we were looking sharp. He even worked with multiple members of the wedding party that lived half the country away to ensure they got a perfect suit for our big day. I can’t thank him and the store enough, they were great to work with and we all ended up with a great looking new suit rather than the sloppy rentals from the big box stores. “Great new place in Pittsburgh! I stopped by for a coffee before my Sunday motorcycle ride and had an excellent time there. Both Jason and Lauren were very welcoming, the t-shirt I bought from them was great, and the coffee was excellent. I loved the ambiance as the space was inviting, open and nicely designed.”

“Amazing service, great products, fair prices, so helpful, and really lovely people. I came to Pittsburgh for a wedding, realized I didn’t pack a dress shirt an hour before the wedding. Ran in frantically and they replied “we have it!” before I even said anything ? they took my measurements, steamed, and got me out of there in 5 minutes max. And the shirt fit amazingly!”
“What a great store! As an avid men’s clothing aficionado, I could spend all day in here. There are tons of high-quality clothes for amazingly low prices. I found a pair of pleated vintage wool Brook’s Brothers slacks that are impossible to find. Left with those and a pair of seersuckers. The owner is super-friendly and helpful…even after I knocked down an entire shelf of product *sad trumpet*. Can’t wait to come back next time I’m in town!”

I get it. There are plenty of sales racks and sales and good values to be found. Good selection of scents, shoes, and clothing for men and women.”
“When I was a kid you paid half price for a pair of ripped up jeans on the clearance rack. American Eagle has figured out how to convince my teenage daughter that we should be paying $60 for those jeans now. Definitely not my preference, and yet here I am following my wife and daughter out of the store with several bags in my hands while they talk about how cute her new jeans are gonna look at school.”

“Upon my arrival, a manager was giving his team members a cheerful pep talk congratulating them for their outstanding work!!4 stars were given because I attempted to return sneakers bought online a week ago but didn't have the delivery receipt in the package. I showed the cashier my online receipt. But she said I am sorry you are stuck with the shoes. She didn't even offer store credit. Nada zip.”
