A truly amazing customer experience and Bob never disappoints. He is so passionate for serving customers and always goes out of his way and helps them achieve their needs at a great price.In my case, he stayed late on Sunday and helped me with a truck rental.Kudos to you Bob!!!! This location also has 24 hr return facility.By far the best place to rent a truck in PGH area”
“This U Haul is a main office, is well stocked and staffed but the staff is not taking care of the customers or trucks. Here is my experience:
Truck had problems in not being able to start because the key was stuck and would not rotate. Had to call and wait for help. I kept trying and finally after wiggling it many times it started. This was repeated several times! Very frustrating!
Secondly I had reserved pads but they were not in the truck. On checking out when I returned the truck that evening, I was charged $15 - had to wait for a manager to show up for the refund.
Seems the staff is not trained or does not pay attention to taking care of business.”
“U-Haul mobile app is very convenient, easy and accurate.
You literally just check in, find the truck get the keys, take a few pictures and grab the keys and go!”
“The process was simple. The woman who waited on me was very friendly. However, I had to choose a more expensive truck due to lack of availability of the smaller ones. I also feel the cost of the millage was expensive and if I had a longer travel the bill could have been out of control. I only needed to move a mattress with in a 10 mile radius from the store to my house then the old one for the trash. I also felt pressured to buy the insurance. It was said that any damage I would cause to the vehicle would come out of my pocket prior to my auto insurance. I’m a safe driver and felt nothing bad would happen, but I was afraid I would be accused of any pre-existing damage found if I did purchase this extra insurance.”
“Easy pickup and drop off, even though the mobile pickup did not work, so I would recommend booking the pickup during opening hours. Staff is super friendly and I got the van without any delay.”
“The guy was nice. He saw us outside trying to do the mobile check in and had us come inside so it would be quicker. I would recommend going inside if they are open when you pick up or drop off.”

He took proactive steps to resolve the problems, allowing me to access my Ubox on the same day despite a shortage of forklift-certified personnel.
