“It's really nice that Sandy doesn't try to cut off an extra five minutes of the morning by going to lunch early like the previous post master. Sometimes those last few minutes are important when you are running on your lunch hour. The new postmaster is the bomb! Thanks for doing such a good job.”

708 Market St, Darlington PA 16115
“I moved here from Ellwood City, and they handled everything flawlessly. The mailman arrives at the same time every day and does an outstanding job. I have talked to him a few times, and he is always a stand-up guy. I have no complaints about the Darlington post office. I'm born and raised in Pittsburgh, and if I have an issue, I prefer to speak with them directly rather than venting my frustrations publicly. It's not fair to the post office.”

414 Beaver St, Wampum PA 16157
“I ran into an issue with my mail forwarding and the nice young lady who works there took my contact info, did some research on her end and called me back in a timely manor and relieved me of my problem in such a short amount of time. I truly appreciate her patience and helpfulness with me and dedication to figuring out my problem. Thanks again so much!”

201 East Poland Road, Bessemer PA 16112
“Have been to this location a handful of times. Staff has always been helpful and friendly! The young woman working here went out of her way to help me figure out how to ship a very awkward shaped item.. even explained how to cut a huge box down to fit it, so I wouldn't be charged an astronomical amount.Reading the 1 star reviews made me "iffy" about using this location, but I'm glad I did and got to experience the friendliness and helpfulness first hand. I definitely didn't have any issues with any of the staff here.”

4 East Maitland Lane, New Castle PA 16105
“I stopped in at this post office today and the person here is so nice. She helped me out with my Change of address. This is a change from the last 2 places that I lived, where the people were rude. Thank you for the great customer service.”
