“Life savers! I originally ordered a tux from a retailer offering women's suiting, but my package got lost in shipping. As a woman standing in as a groomsman, I was in a pinch, so I immediately called Fifty-Fifty since that’s where the rest of the party got their tuxes. The gentleman I spoke with was extremely understanding and helpful. He pulled a few options aside for me before I even arrived. They got me set up with a tuxedo that matched the rest of the groomsmen perfectly and completed the alterations on very short notice. I felt great and looked even better! This shop will definitely be at the top of my list next time I need formal wear.”

Rob is the gentleman that runs this place, he is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very personable about the entire experience of going about either helping you purchase your attire, or personalize it from top to bottom. Rob goes the extra mile when trying to find the fabric that you need. He also explains every detail of the fitting process as well as everything that you need to know. Overall, this place is fantastic and I would recommend it to anybody in search of getting fitted for a suit and other kinds of clothing. I will definitely be visiting again when getting fitted for additional clothing in the future.”

“Tonight my daughter and I were at the mall and I was looking for sneakers. Now of course I was in my work clothing so it didn't look like I wore sneakers but still. So we went into foot locker and there were three associates standing in the middle talking. No one said hello or anything. Then as I was looking at shoes not one person came up and said a word to me. I even looked over at them and nothing so I left. Then I came into Villa and as I walked on someone greeted us. Then while at the shoes one lady was super nice and then a guy seen me going shoes and came right over and said can I help. I ended up getting a pair of sneakers and even asked his opinion on some stuff. Then when checking out the lady was super nice.”
“This was the first time I was ever at an Old Navy, and boy did I pick the wrong day to go- so crowded with going back to school moms and kids!!! Anyway, my son made it through the store with my wheelchair, by the way they are not up to the disabilities act code of having wheelchair accessible entrance. I found a lovely employee to assist me in finding what I came for. I went to dressing room. Disabled one was occupied so I used regular one. I can stand and walk into dressing room. I did find one pair of jeans I was looking for. Then I returned jeans I couldn't wear and got in very long check out line which went pretty fast I must say. I also picked up two packs of socks while in check out line. All in all I'd say we were in there a half hour. Loved all the help from the female employee. She went above and beyond. She looked in the back for me. I really didn't get to look at the rest of the store my son and I both don't like big crowds. If I'm in there too long I'll have a panic attack. I got one pair of jeans and socks that's good enough. We'll have to go back after school starts and it's not crowded. So then we can see the whole store. ? Lol.”

Their shirts are of excellent quality, offering a combination of durability, comfort, and style that sets them apart as best in class. One of the standout features is their consistent fit. Regardless of the style or fabric, I can always count on Paul Fredrick shirts to fit as expected, which is a huge plus in today's market where sizing can often be inconsistent.
While the shirts are indeed pricey, they are worth every penny, especially when caught on sale. The value for money during these promotions is exceptional, making it an ideal time to stock up on these high-quality garments.
However, my experience with Paul Fredrick's customer service has been mixed. Most agents are very matter-of-fact, often sticking rigidly to the script and lacking the empathy one might hope for. This can make interactions feel a bit impersonal and transactional.
That said, my primary interest lies in their shirts. I’ve found that the value of their other items doesn't quite match up to that of their shirts, so I tend to stick with what I feel they do best.”
