“Saturday night, 8:30 pm, 10 degrees in Pittsburgh, my husband and I get off a plane to find that our vehicle wouldn’t start at the Charlie Brown Airport parking. Jumping it didn’t work. We were frantic and desperate.
JOHN HIDEY at O’Reilly Auto, store # 6640, was an absolute angel sent from God, in our time of need. No exaggeration. He patiently walked me through purchasing the vehicle battery online, the tools to do the work, but most of all….he offered to bring it to us after he closed the store at 9 pm. That was above and beyond in every way. I am so thankful for John. Every employer needs a John like him!! I cannot begin to express my gratitude. I wish I could give 1,000 stars, not just 5.
