“The automatic doors have not been opening on time. It is currently 6:24am and the doors are still locked and lights are off. Last week they opened around 6:10am. Not sure who needs to see this but the hours need changed or someone needs to fix the automatic door clock. [Edit] Doors have been fixed. Facilities are great. Usually pretty clean.”

“First time using Owl. I needed a NHSD marching band uniform cleaned. When I called to see if they have cleaned them before, they said yes and already knew I’d need it by Friday. Dropped off on a Monday and I was told it would be ready Thursday. It was ready on Wednesday and looks the best it ever has. The cost was $4 more than the other cleaner I’ve had been taking it to. Also Owl was open until 6pm vs 5pm for the other company. Thanks, Owl Cleaners!”

“This place was the first dry cleaner I ever used. I've been here twice, and they did such a good job that I have been SO disappointed in other cleaners I have tried! My clothes came back better, clean and crisp each time. I never had to ask for anything to be starched, steamed, or creased, they just did it!! I've brought wool pants, wool blazers, and wool shirts. Each came back pristine and I was so surprised. Prices are really good too! I have since moved away from Pittsburgh and I wish I could take my clothes back here again. :(”

“Fair pricing and superb staff. They are kind and two of them put our clothes in a basket and it was not to free up a machine as there were plenty of empty dryers. This cleaners blows away the cleaners at the other side of Babcock, which is dirty, messy and 15-20% of their machines do not work, you only find out when ya drop your quarters in and you lose your money. Tried calling the number, with no success. Oh, and Hallmark's snack machines actually work, and do not rip ya off, versus the other laundromat!! Bottom line, Hallmark is the best laundromat in North Hills!!”

A tv couldn't ask for more. 6.50 extra. Large washer. , .25 to start. Dryer my only suggestion is bring wipes cuz there are non to wipe before/after touching machines due to this virus. But still best laundromat around.”

“We stopped to do about 2 weeks worth of post hiking and snorkeling clothes - fair to say there were a lot and they were soiled. The largest washing machine was able to accommodate all of the clothes, as well the back packs they came in. The large dryers along the back wall were also able to handle it in one go - we increased the time to just under 1 hour and everything came out lovely.”
