“This place is awesome. I had a blow n go installed here and they really did a great job. I hear a lot of horror stories about other places. Constant issues with their devices. Cars not starting, draining batteries. I didn't experience any of that. It worked everyday with no issues. These folks are friendly and flexible. If you have to get a blow n go I highly recommend 1st Stop.”

For our most recent service we dropped the car off the Sunday before Thanksgiving without their knowledge. I called them first thing Monday morning and explained to them why the car was there. “I've used Mt. Zion twice now. First time was pretty straightforward and well done- they lifted my truck 3 inches. Took it back in DEC 25 for new rims, tires and upgrading the headlights on my '22 F250. Prices on high side of reasonable but again, did work well. Had an issue in terms of billing and then communication (didn't discuss disposal of rims and tires and other misc.) and raised it with Mike. He responded immediately, very professionally and accepted responsibility and addressed the billing and other issues. Would recommend based on quality of work and responsiveness to any issues- you typically don't see that nowadays. Good ownership.”

“I have gotten my last 5 vehicles from here. I take all 3 of our vehicles to get oil changes, inspections, brakes, rotors, bodywork, etc done here. When you take my truck for a ride to make sure the breaks are working appropriately and see that my tire pressure light just came on, I’d think they could take 3 minutes and put some air in for me. With all the money I spend there, that would be appreciative. Other than this, I’ve never had any issues with Thornton. They do excellent.”

I was on a road trip in my tow truck when an unexpected brake issue happened after calling Hoovers they took me in mid day turned the repair right around and had us on our way the same day! The shop was busy but knowing the situation we were in they went over and above. Not only was it squeezed in the pricing was more fair than anyone could ask!
