“I have gotten my last 5 vehicles from here. I take all 3 of our vehicles to get oil changes, inspections, brakes, rotors, bodywork, etc done here. When you take my truck for a ride to make sure the breaks are working appropriately and see that my tire pressure light just came on, I’d think they could take 3 minutes and put some air in for me. With all the money I spend there, that would be appreciative. Other than this, I’ve never had any issues with Thornton. They do excellent.”

“Both my dad and I just bough vehicles about a week apart. Kyle (the salesman) was super easy to deal with, a real no pressure situation, and reasonable with pricing and negotiation. My dad actually lives down in MD, and Kyle was also super helpful with this, getting him financed and getting the title transfer paperwork done for the out of state registration. Highly recommend them if you're looking for a cheaper used car.”

“I purchased a 1994 Chevrolet Corvette on July 3rd. Drove it a little bit and had no problems until Friday July 5th I was taking it to work and was going to have new wipers installed that afternoon. When I started it Friday morning it made a weird engine noise. So after work I took it back to Ricke Brothers. They took it to their repair shop up the hill and they found out it had 4 lifters collapsed. They covered the bill for new lifters, pushrods and rocker arms. I also told them the drivers side window didn’t work. They replaced that too as well as the wipers, inspection, new serpentine belt and both coolant sensors. I can’t express enough on a 5 star rating how they impressed me with their customer service. Many Thanks!”

As a single mother being met with respect and understanding is very important when purchasing a vehicle. They will not push you and they will allow you to take your time and choose the vehicle you want so long as they have it available. “I've worked with Tim, the service rep, a few times recently. He's always been great to deal with. Today I went in with a complicated electronic issue that I didn't begin to understand. Tim explained it clearly and assured me they would figure it out. It took a little while but they found the problem. It could have been expensive; fortunately Tim found that the problem was covered by my warranty so it only cost $100. I hope I don't need his services again for a long time, but if I do I believe he will look out for my best interests.”

“I'm really late writing this review(hectic life) but I ended up buying 2 cars from Barry at Neighborhood Auto on Hill St back at the end of February and then in March for the 2nd one. He stood on his word after I bought the first car and went above and beyond when the check engine light came on. He not only took the car to get fixed at the Volvo dealership, he also gave me a loaner car on his lot. Thank God as I would've been without a car for 2 weeks. My son's Volvo came back good as new and I fell in love with the loaner car, a Malibu. Add in, with it driving great for the 2 weeks I had it, it only had 84,000 miles on it. Barry is a very honest man and he doesn't try to break your wallet/bank account. I looked at cars for almost 2 months before I stumbled upon his car lot. The cars I looked at prior had high mileage and they wanted a crazy amount of money for them. Thank you so much Barry! I would recommend him 10/10”

“Needed an oil change that i had been putting too long. Decided to try Quick Lane without a reservation and they took me right in. They did a oil change, changed the air and cabin filters and adjusted the tire pressures and did a multi-point check on brakes, tire tread, etc. We were completed in about one hour during which time I watched TV and drank the free coffee. All in all I was very happy with the service and time frame plus they did it around lunch time.”

“They were called by police to tow my truck due to an accident. The young man that did the tow was really kind. It sucks to have an accident. I was treated with more kindness from the driver than I was the police officer. He actually asked if I was ok when I stopped in the next day. A little kindness goes a long way.”

“This place is awesome. I had a blow n go installed here and they really did a great job. I hear a lot of horror stories about other places. Constant issues with their devices. Cars not starting, draining batteries. I didn't experience any of that. It worked everyday with no issues. These folks are friendly and flexible. If you have to get a blow n go I highly recommend 1st Stop.”
