“Everything I’ve purchased is good quality. I love everything I have purchased. Julz is such a great person. One day my girlfriend and I went to store when it opened and never left till she was about to close. We really enjoy Julz I can’t believe we hung out there that long but we did do some damage and came out with a lot of goodies. I got 2 purses, sandals, a pair of pants & a hoodie. And I love them all. All are great quality. Great place to shop! I’ve also purchased some items online and was like a little kid when I got them in the mail. Thanks Julz.

“Very friendly staff, easy to understand ans find prices in store.
Deducted 1 star because website said many things were out of stock that were not out of stock and they do not let customers use the restroom which is frustrating as this is in a stand alone. I would have stayed longer, and potentially spent more money, but I needed to use the restroom and had to drive somewhere else to do so.
I would like to see more products in 2xl sizes as well.”

“This store and its employees are AWESOME! I have ordered from them each of the last three years at the start of reffing season. The first year, I had the items the next day. Last year, I ordered something that they didn't have readily available. They called, asked if I would like something a little nicer for the same price, and shipped it the same day. This year, I placed my order at 3:39 PM and the order was in a box and shipping by 3:42 PM. Thanks for the amazing service!”

It is well-kept; it has two levels of outdoor camping/hiking/ backpacking/fishing and other outdoor sports-recreational type clothing, shoes, & equipment for all temperatures and environments. “I am very happy that I went into BFF in Etna, PA. I have rode by the shop many times before but never had a need to go in and explore. My daughter started baton twirling and this was the perfect place to go to order her baton. I received a prompt return call and had flexibility with scheduling my measurement appointment. The shop was clean and organized with beautiful dance decor. I was greeted immediately and made to feel very welcomed! The owner was extremely personable and very appreciative for my business! She took time to properly measure my daughter for her new baton. She even allowed my curious child to explore around the shop while answering her many questions. The ordering process was easy. The shop owner had many example baton to help me pick our desired style. I definitely recommend BFF. Small business/down home service at its best!”
“This Old Navy store sells a large selection of apparel for women, men, and children. When I shopped here, I thought that some of the regular prices were high and that the sale prices were low. I chose three tank tops, and they had a low price, a nice style, and good quality. I would recommend that the employees more frequently greet customers.”

“My family has been charmed by this boutique and their coffee house next door ever since they opened. Kat and Todd are some of the nicest people you’ll meet; and help customers to the best of their best ability. Just today, I called the boutique, and Todd answered at the coffee house, gave me some answers and transferred me to Kat for more info. The boutique has something for every budget and style. My kids love to go there for “treat” seasonal accessories, and I’ve picked up unique gifts, and clothes on sale that earn complements from strangers! For my kiddo’s birthday, I’m taking her friends over so they can customize affordable charm bracelets. And Kat’s going to build a balloon garland for a “hangout” at Kat’s coffeehouse. Yes, there is some crossover with management, but truly, it is a bonus- you’re getting TWO really, really nice people to help you, rather than one. One morning I showed up at the coffee house and the boutique wasn’t open, but they opened it early for me so I could pick up a last-minute gift for my neice who was leaving in 1/2 hour! This family really goes all out to help however they can.”

She mentioned she was newer but was incredible at assisting us find sizes and getting a pair of pants ordered for me in my right size. “This review is long overdue, but I want to recognize the exceptional service I received at The Buckle at Ross Park Mall. After having my first child, I struggled with my postpartum body and couldn't find jeans that fit. Feeling discouraged after visiting several stores, I entered Buckle and was warmly greeted by Kelsey and Alissa. They treated me with kindness and understanding at a time when I felt especially vulnerable. Working together, they found jeans and styles that fit me well and boosted my confidence—even introducing me to styles I never would have chosen on my own. Their friendly, supportive manner eased my anxiety and transformed my shopping experience. In the time it took me to pay, Alissa made sure I could wear my new jeans straight out of the store by having them tag-free and ready to go, and the entire team cheered me on as I left, telling me how great I looked, and I truly felt that I did. I've recommended this store, especially to new mothers, because of the exceptional support and selection. 10 stars and so much thanks to these incredible young women.”
“Ok. I was so swept away I forgot to take pictures, but I will update later! Promise! The store blew me away and when I found this big coat that looked like a white, hairy Sasquatch, I was sold! I had to order because they didn’t have in stock, in my size, so know they can do that for ya. Now im not a teen or 20-something or 30-ish but style has no age and if you go there and you love Boho, you will find your tribe!”

“Bought jeans for my son after 2 months they completely came apart at the seam. Read the review online after this happened, apparently this was the same complaint for tons of customers. For the price of the jeans, the quality should be better. Staff was helpful for the return. I have also shown up twice during regular plaza hours to find out they were closed. Wish they opened at 10am or closed at 8 to be more accommodating.”
