“I have been doing business with this for about nearly two years now,when I come in i usually get the same simple material i get for my annual project. Now... I usually go to the Aspinwall store because I have a repore with them aleast i assume so when I called to inquire about the material the person didn't have what I was talking about but he had my account right in front of him so instead of hanging up the phone with pure utter frustration, i just said how about I'll just come in so I can explain better. So the next day I go first thing in the morning. There was a line fine no prob it's early. After twenty minutes of observing I felt that it was going to be a another hassle and long wait. So I came to this one instead really wished did sooner .got me in pulled up my account, my paint was being prepared no problem good service better store selection. “This is the absolute best paint shop I’ve ever been to. I needed to stop in for some paint for a sitting room and had my 2 year old and 4 year old in tow.
Let’s just say it wasn’t our finest outing… the kids were very excitable. Hugh was incredible in response. He treated my kids like gold and calmed them down- the way he took care of us all was above and beyond anything I’ve ever seen in any retail environment! He’s an all star and I can’t say enough kind things about him! Oh, and the cherry on top is that the paint looks great, too. Thank you Sherwin Williams and especially Hugh!”

When I entered this store, two employees smiled, said warm hellos, and offered any necessary assistance. I spent time looking at the large selection of paint colors. I took many free color samples home, and after I decided on a particular color, I purchased it. The paints here are expensive, but sometimes coupons are available.”

“Went there to help pick out a paint color. There is a decorator on staff but call ahead as they may or may not be there. When you pick a color you like you can send PPG a request and they will send out an 8x8 or 4x4 swatch of your color to your home.”

“I love this Sherwin-Williams location on Perry Hwy in Wexford, Pa.The staff is very professional, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I was impressed with the customer service, not only towards me, but to the other customers in the store as well. Customer service these days seems to be at an all time low in many industries, it’s refreshing to see a company who obviously places customer service and education over “making the sell”.Steve, the manager, is personalable and an outstanding asset to the company. The other staff is outstanding as well: Chris, Alisha and Tyler.The expertise, customer experience, material quality and exceptional service is definitely more valuable than going to a big box store to save a few bucks for less quality.”
