“This review is 5 stars specifically & only because of Randall's exemplary customer service, communication, and calm demeanor. He is fantastic and should be running the place. I've been a customer for about 10 years and never had a positive experience in a store. It is always incredibly stressful, and overall I dislike at&t as a company. I've thought about leaving many times, and today was no different... until Randall went above and beyond! He helped me find the best option and explain bill changes in a transparent and patient way.”
