“I always hated going to Verizon (or any carrier store for that matter) for phone upgrades. The wait is usually long, and they always try and upsell you. However, Alex has completely changed my mind. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable through out the process, even staying after hours to assist with what ended up being a purely Apple issue. “These guys, Alex and "the new guy", were amazing today. I was there to start new service and they answered ALL my questions and got me the best deal for me. This was during what most definitely was the hardest time of the day for them as a disgruntled customer came in with a unique issue. This customer was going to leave and leave mad. Without making me wait any extra time these three guys, including the night guy who walked into this, found a way to not only help this customer but also get them into a better position than they were when they came in. And, they left that store just as happy as I was.”

“Cricket in North Versailles has such great staff! My experience was beyond amazing! I was taken care of by Joshua D.I rushed in 3-5 minutes before closing time because I had broken my phone and needed a new one asap. Even though we were cutting it close, Joshua STILL tended to me when he could’ve easily refused service. Joshua was extremely helpful and kind, he got me set up with my new phone in no time! We were having some trouble accessing my cricket account but Joshua made sure that I was able to open up a new account! He was so patient during the entire process which made me feel very comfortable :)Hopefully he gets to see this so that he knows how grateful I am for his patience & understanding ?”

“My touchscreen stopped working and I was unable to unlock my screen, so I could not transfer information to my replacement. I first took my phone to the Penn Ave store and was told nothing could be done to access my information.I wanted a second opinion, so I took it to the East Liberty store. The customer service was outstanding, but more importantly, Dakota was able to access my phone, retrieve and transfer my memories and notes.Dakota is very knowledgeable, so if something happens to your phone take it to the East Liberty store!”

After performing all of the prudent electronic searches and phone calls related to phone evaporation, I relented my search and visited this store. The staff was immediately understanding and helpful.
