“I was brought a birthday cake from your bakery yesterday. It was a 2 layer vanilla cake with lemon filling, whipped cream icing and covered in coconut. It was one of the best cakes I have eaten in my life, and I have eaten alot of cakes. Delicious! Please, give that baker my compliments.”
“On the morning of Jan 7, ‘26, I was hurrying through everything, and totally missed that the GE pharmacy text about a pending script included the price. My mistake; that informative text gave me time to search GoodRX or SingleCare for significant discount coupons. I complained several times to two techs and one pharmacist, admitting the oversight was mine, but was asking for a reprocess of my payment so I could use the discount coupon. The staff and pharmacist were firm but clear and remained professional and respectful despite how incredibly busy this pharmacy was - and is. The lesson I learned: do my due diligence + read the pharmacy texts = way better outcome for me!”

“Kane and Tyrus checked me out. Allstars. Focused, urgency, communication, good manners. Best giant eagle experience I’ve had in 10 years. Thought I was in Trader Joe’s for a second they were so good. (Then I saw my price tag and quickly remembered I wasn’t). Bagged it right. Bagged it fast. Sometimes it makes sense to split “friends” up when they work together. I don’t know if they were friends but I say team them up every chance you get and have them train everyone else if you want more good reviews. Shoppers only want 3 things. good food good prices and good experience.
