“Ordered my pump on 1/27, I expected to hear something within a day or two. Got an email on 2/1 saying it was going to take longer than expected which, completely understandable. I get that I’m not the only one having a baby at this time. After waiting for an update I received an email yesterday 2/6. It was the exact same email as the time before. Not sure if waiting this long for it to be shipped out is normal but I’m getting a little stressed out as baby day is approaching quickly!

Made this post after midnight and today i received the upmost sweetest and most helpful man and woman calling me apologizing for the delay! Patty and her husband are sweet at pie and try to make things right immediately! Already received the email that my pump is processed and being shipped out!”

And they did so in a timely manner .They have great people who care about the client. They always contacted one way or the other when for example my phone number changed so they mailed me a letter.
