“I have always enjoyed shopping at DXL (Whitehall Pa.) for years.The variety and styles are on par with what I need.This most recent visit, however, demonstrates their commitment to customer service. I was in need of a very specific style, color and size of a shirt, and while the website said they were, in stock at this particular store, I needed to call and confirm before making long drive. The gentleman that I spoke to at 10:30 in the morning confirmed that they did in fact, have what I needed on the shelf, after stepping away from the phone and seeing from himself.I was able to come in later in the day and make the purchase that I needed.It’s the little things, but these are the things that keep me coming back.”

“My friends and I stopped here on Saturday and we had such a great and wonderful experience. The customer service from Janet was fantastic! My friend had been looking for a shirt for a family picture and this was our last store. We had already been to every store in the mall and nothing. My friend left Loft with at least 5 shirts! “Loved the store...they have all sizes & age groups for their footwear...they also have some nice gum clothing...& lots of socks...they also have a clearance area that has alot of selections...they also carry Bob's footwear by Skechers...cute animal patterns,slippers & cute booties...very wide selection of shoes... UPDATE: Still the same...great variety of men's, woman's & kids shoes...”

“Great place to buy hyped release sneakers! I won an online raffle on their app and drove 1 hour 20 minutes to the store to pick them up. All the employees were so nice to me like they knew me or something, but it was my very first time visiting the store. I highly recommend going there and checking out the store such a nice place to shop at. Make an account on the DTLR website & app and enter their monthly sneaker raffles you might actually cop some nice kicks.????”

“They have great prices and right now they're having really good holiday deals the downside they always only have one register open maybe two so it's a long wait in line when it's busy. Also make sure if you need customer service or layaway to go in the correct line which is to the left. If you stand in the sale line you will be redirected and that's a pain. ?”
