“Was traveling from Florida to New York and breaks sounded bad, pulled over and the car clunked and wouldn’t drive. Had car towed to Mavis and they diagnosed the issue quickly. The break caliper bolt fell out. Jade replaced the bolt and retapped the bracket and had us back on the road within 30 minutes. Thank you so much. Highly recommend 10/10”

“The Manager, I cannot remember his name right now, was absolutely amazing. I came in with a flat tire on Saturday and they were so busy and so short staffed that he could not help me out that day. He genuinely felt terrible that he could not help out. He was kind enough to let me leave my car in the parking lot until my husband could get there the next day. Upon arriving the next day, we were approached by him and told that he absolutely could take us in and patch out tire for us, which is what we wanted because our tires are under warranty. From start to finish, it was about1 hour and we were on our way home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. We also had a lot of laughs with the staff. It was just an overall great experience.”
“I traveled to Wilkes Barre from roughly 70 miles away for a VA surgery, my check engine light came on (and my wife was concerned) so I had to get it checked out. Called this garage spoke with Dave, he saw me that morning and checked the code, looked it over and said I’d be good to get it home, which I was, and he didn’t even charge me to check and clear the code.
That’s good business. If I have any issues in the area again they just earned my business.”

“Usually dont do a review after only 1 encounter, but needed a quick oil change for my ram bighorn, motorworld had nothing for over a month. Unbelievable for an oil change.. smh, but up the road , without an appointment i was in and out quick ??? the way it should be in 2024.. we thought by 2000 we would be like the Jetsons... go figure lol. Way too many places take too long dor the simplest of things. Great place people there seem cool as well.”

I have been taking all of them there for the last 4 years and it's in and out very fast they're all very polite and you could even catch a bite while you wait. The food there is great. The owner or the guys in the garage probably know half of your family if your a local .”

They talked to me after hours when they saw I was looking at a car in their lot, and when I called about it and mentioned I needed to Uber over there to see it, they came and got me.
