“Staff is laid back. Got on line to purchase jeans that were on Women's Clearance Rack. At register, Male Manager told me they were not on Sale, and were Men's jeans! Told me that it was okay, and if I got another it would only be half price! Hell nahhh, no thx.”

“I LOVE ROSS! I am a bargain hunter and compared to other stores like Tj Maxx or Marshall’s the prices are unbeatable. The store is always packed with customers who are shopping. Staff is very approachable and professional. My only complaint is not with the store but the customers could be better to staff as they are always running around trying to stock and deliver the best products available, as I imagine it’s hard to keep a store stocked with how many products are continuously flying off the shelf! 10/10 would recommend. Absolutely great deals, staff, products, etc.”
“Coupons help. They seem to provide some every time I shop there but you need to watch the dates. I thought style cash was available but it doesn’t take effect until 7/29 . The disappointment came with a surprise however, because I then asked if they honored a military discount which they apparently do. 10% off of everything was very helpful . Great clothing and selection and helpful staff.”
“Great place to work for! It's just too bad they hired an emotionally damaged and broken person like myself. No one can fix me, and my lack of ambition and confidence destroyed me from a fantastic warehouse. The pay is fair (not the best, nearby warehouses/industries pay more), the hours are perfect for most people, and the work is easy! Just go in with confidence and better outlook on life than I have and you'll exceed there. Best of luck you all!”

Kayla especially helped me feel at ease, and didn’t get annoyed with my excessive anxious talking. I definitely recommend shopping here if you want cute clothes and a wonderful shopping experience! “My son and I created a game for this store. In the toy section. You each take turns looking for something on a toy that you can have the other person look for. We did this for 45 mins while the wife was looking for a coat. Gotta find the simple things.”
“Plato’s has a nice selection of clothing, and I’m often impressed by the things I can find for my daughter. She’s 12 and very tall for her age, so it can be challenging to find women’s clothing that fits her well, but this store usually has great options.
During my last visit, I tried on a dress and mentioned to an employee that it would be helpful to have a small table or spot in the fitting rooms to place things like a phone, keys, or sunglasses, since I don’t carry a purse. The employee explained that the fitting rooms are small and there’s no space, but there is a larger fitting room at the end with a bench that I’ve used before and really liked. I also suggested something simple, like a small hanging caddy on the hooks.
It felt like the employee (JA on the receipt) didn’t really want to hear any suggestions and just brushed me off. It would have been nice if my feedback had been acknowledged a little more openly.
Overall, I appreciate the store and the variety of clothing, but I think there’s an opportunity to improve the fitting room experience, especially for customers who prefer not to carry a bag.”
