“This store easily has the best customer service in the city. Nowadays it is so difficult to find salespeople who are knowledgeable, are genuinely kind, and aren’t too pushy. This store has all 3 of those. My husband and I went there for some formal wear for a family funeral and the saleswoman helping us was one of the kindest people in the area and didn’t rush us in the process while finding the perfect outfits. She even looked up the weather on her phone to ensure we got outfits to match what the weather will be like to ensure we were comfortable in our outfits. I mean, that level of service is simply unequalled in this area and came as a wonderful surprise. I would recommend this store to anyone. While you’re paying a few dollars more than the big box stores, you’re getting better quality clothes not to mention the customer service and expertise are well worth the trip.”

“Coupons help. They seem to provide some every time I shop there but you need to watch the dates. I thought style cash was available but it doesn’t take effect until 7/29 . The disappointment came with a surprise however, because I then asked if they honored a military discount which they apparently do. 10% off of everything was very helpful . Great clothing and selection and helpful staff.”

“So neat and clean large selection of all products. The staff and associates are so kind and helpful. They will help you save so much. There products are top notch. All in all great experience. I do have to say though that there should be Designated Ladies only dressing room. And a men's only Designated dressing room. Don't like some strange man coming into the dressing room when I am trying something on therefore I don't try anything on there anymore ?”

“I went to this location in Wilkesbarre. They almost lost a sale today. I walked in with my 3 boys and the first associate greeted me and said I don’t think anything will fit him. I am a big guy standing 6’5” at 237 lbs. Well the associate took me to one jacket and I tried it on and sleeves were to short. At that point, another associate by the name of Colleen recognized that I was about to leave and immediately offered assistance. I was by no means dressing the part of a man looking for a nice suit. But being from a sales background I knew she saw a sale. She took her time and guided me to the perfect suit, shirt and tie. Measured me to make sure everything was right and I made the purchase. Colleen was just like the associates I dealt with in Fair Oaks Mall, Va. she was professional and courteous, and was what made the difference between me walking out or making a purchase.”
