“I went with my mom, and she initially had some issues, but it resolved itself. The service still needs to be more aware of personal information on shared accounts. Hopefully, my mom can get everything settled correctly eventually, but we think it may take jumping through some unnecessary hoops. Update: She got help and they sent her a newer device; they also changed the number for her since she was getting 20-50 spam calls a day. It turned out ok in the end for her.”
